Review: I bought a sheet of coupons that don't expire until 12/13. Today, my husband I went into Straw Hat to use one of the coupons offered. When I got up to the counter I told the female employee there I wanted to use the coupon for our order. She rudely said, "I'm no longer honoring the coupon, when did you buy them?" I thought maybe she thought they had expired so I explained to her that they don't expire until December. She again said that she is no longer going to honor the coupon and we couldn't use them. My husband then asked her why since we've been using them with no problems before. She continued to be rude and wouldn't budge from what she said. We left, upset but not before telling her that we were taking our business elsewhere. She turned away and said, "fine". We can't believe that she wouldn't honor the coupons. If she decided to stop honoring the discount sheet, why are we to blame? We bought them expecting to use them until December. Why is our fault that she changed her mind. She had poor customer service and didn't even try to make some type of apology or offer some type of discount. She had no problem letting business go. I hope something is done about this because I can only imagine how many other customers she has given bad service too.

We only were able to use a small portion of our discounts/coupons. We hope to get our money back. Straw Hat entered into agreement with the company to sell the coupon sheet and we are the ones losing. We will no longer eat at Straw Hat after this and would appreciate a refund of $20.
