Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, Regarding response of repairs, price, an bad mouthing Strawberry Appliance I have blindly an devotedly used Strawberry Appliance for several years; with out questioning them This particular day after the work was done the service man wrote the price an it was very expensive $I was not told before hand of the charges I looked up the price for the identical item [redacted] it was less than twelve dollars for part ( $) I then called around other places just out of curiosity regarding prices an found other reputable places that charged half the price; with out letting them know the job had been done already an they also gave Senior discounts I was very disappointed an called [redacted] an told her about it an yes, I said I wouldn't use them again; that was the same day after the repair man left an then I washed a load of laundry an that's when I found out the machine spinning cycle was still not working properly it was still leaving the clothes wet sometimes it works an sometimes it doesn't [redacted] the repair man said, when he came out an checked it again on 10-01-20014; that it had to do with the timer if it was working sometimes an not others The reason I was still calling them is because the work has a day warranty; the work was done on September 25, 2014.After several attempts calling, several appointments no shows, no return calls the last message I left her was on November 07- I let her know the machine still not working properly an that I would report them to the Revdex.com of Greater Houston an they still did't make an attempt to contact me Ms [redacted] according to her response says she thinks I want my money back; If I had wanted my money back I would of asked her for that: but, I didn't ask for the money back I keep asking for my washing machine to be repaired, because the work done has a day warranty , which is fixing to expire I want them to make good on what the repair I asked for It isn't my fault the repair man miss judged the problem or maybe it needed the other as well, but, it didn't fix the problem I called them forThank you, [redacted] ***

[redacted] called our office shortly after the work was completed and bad mouthed our company price after she had agreed on pricingShe complained that she was going to call the Revdex.com and that she would not use us ever againThe next day she called complaining the washer was not working properlyWe sent out a technician a second time and he found nothing wrong with the washerWithin a few days she called back again complaining it wasn't workingIt is our belief that [redacted] is very upset with the agreed upon price and wants her money back after our company has been out there twice and put parts in her machine We feel this problem can not be resolved
