On November 11, 2019 I attempted to purchase a wig through strawberrybundles.com for the amount of $359.34. Upon completion of purchase, the total amount was taken from my account; however, I did not receive any kind of communication from them via email(i.e. confirmation of purchase no, tracking information, etc.) I never received the order either. I contacted my bank and began a dispute for the transaction. The money was temporarily credited back to me. On Friday, January 31, 2020, I received notice from my bank that my dispute was denied due to lack of evidence on my part. I explained to the representative that I did not have any documentation to give the bank because I had not received any documentation from the merchant since the date of purchase. However, the explanation was to no avail because I was told there was nothing they could do without adequate evidence.
Hello *** we tried to reach out to several times about your purchase with us. We tried to email you and we got no response from you. I looked you up in our system and you didn’t leave us a number to contact you. We also tried to find you on social media outlets and we could find you. We needed a wig size from you that was the reason for us trying to contact you. We waited a few days before shipping out your order in hopes that you would contact us and that didn’t happen so we shipped you medium sized wig you. Now your saying you didn’t get the wig which is far from the truth! We have proof that the wig was shipped to the address you provided. You told your bank that you didn’t authorize the charge which is also not true we have proof that you charge your card. I’m sadden that you went to this measure to contact us when all you had to do was call or email us we also live In The same city so you could have stop by the salon. So I will attach documents showing that your statement is absolutely false! You received wig.

The response simply suggests that I have received the order when I have REPEATEDLY stated that I never received the order.

Well the customer is saying that she never received the order but it shows that she signed for it that’s why the bank took the money back from her. I have several copies showing the signature. At this point I suggest you contact USPS because their the ones showing you signed and received the package.
