was not forwarded on for shipping (I still have a stream email)I was able to find the order in QBI called the customer that day (Tuesday July 19) and spoke with the customerShe asked if we were going out of business, which I assured her we were notI told her that her that there was a glitch in the portal and her order was not pushed through, but that I would be getting the filter sent out ASAP, with overnight shippingWe shipped it that dayI gave the customer my name and direct line, and told her that if she needed anything else, or to place another order, she was more than welcome to call me directly, so I could help her outShe said as long as the filter was received next day, then she was satisfied and thanked meTracking for the replacement is *** via FedEx overnight
