My name is Quinton, I am writing because of over the top serviceI have had and used the Streamlight ProTac 2aa flash light for years in my pest control business, broke my lense, I was looking for a replacement lense when Streamlight said to send them the light for replacementI would have been happy to pay, but they insisted there wouldn't be any chargeI liked the fact that my light looked used, and believe me it was well used, but Streamlight sent me a brand new light at no chargeGREAT JOB GUYS!

I own one of Streamlights Headlamp products, the Streamlight 61052 Septor LED Headlamp.
After about 7 years the battery cap broke and wouldnt hold that batteries in anymore.
I sent an email to the company and they immediately shipped me a replacement battery cap.
Excellent Customer Service and standing behind their products.
Thank you very much.

Review: I bought a tac pac 2aa flashlight from amazon, I used the light on a hunting trip for 2 hrs it has not worked since than tried new batteries but that is not the problem. I contacted streamlight several times but they have not responded it has been several weeks!Desired Settlement: I want to exchange my product that doesnt work for a new one!
