We recently switched from Direct TV to Dish and received excellent customer service from ordering the service to installation to follow up afterwards The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful with the transition to a new system Would definitely recommend and use again in the future
Second time they have cold called here trying to sell their TV serviceBoth times they were told this number is on the Do Not Call list and NOT to call here againThis time they spoofed the caller ID to show the call as from 502-378-with a spoofed name as "Fort Knox KY" which is not the name or location of the business that really has that number
