Installation of Furnace and Air conditioner was on 10-01-2013, The installation came with a ONE year LABOR warranty, and it came with a year PARTS warranty from manufacturer Stated clearly on invoice which was paid in full and understood at time of business Three years later
complaining of AC not working, Which is well beyond the one year warranty There were NO COMPLAINTS prior to this summer Our company did, indeed, make a trip out there (June FREE OF CHARGE) and found condenser completely covered in cotton from surrounding cotton treesand an EXTREMELY dirty air filter (SERVICED FOR FREE!) The house is full of beer bottles and marijuana paraphernalia due to the multiple college students that live in houseRegular maintenance is required to keep system running properly We recommend filter changes every 30-days Customer called a couple times, left messages, but *** has been in Texas trying to keep his father alive after a motor vehicle accident, his cell phone does not always work in part of TX The one message we have, Barbara left message and neglected to hang up and we recorded her proceeding to say horrible things about *** and his company Which is why we never returned any calls after this message She has not left any messages on our company office phone where other employees could have been sent down Homeowner was given the option of a permit, but did not want to delay the process of the installation due to the fact that she needed heat in the house after the floods of September We told her it is not practice but under the circumstances we agreedFurnace and AC have worked and were in great shape for several years with NO complaints and NO maintenance done Any equipment that is in a house that is not maintained will eventually break down. We will not refund money the service we were paid for was provided and the equipment that she purchased is still at the house and NEVER MAINTAINED Preventive Maintenance Service Plan is offered to the homeownershowever, she declined this serviceAsking for full refund when equipment is still in house and working is completely UNCALLED FOR!!!
