I've been a customer for 10 years and [redacted] and [redacted] have saved me from disasters several times and have always responded to an emergency promptly. The staff could not be more courteous, professional, compassionate and accommodating to my needs and limitations, and have always dealt with me on a personal level, not just as another customer. They always go the extra mile and make sure that I always get more (service) than I pay for. I'm 70 years old and in all my life I've never found a plumbing business that's their equal.

Service team was on time for appointments and thorough in the work they performed.

First, we are repeat satisfied customers of Streamline Plumbing & Electric. We have had good experiences previously.
This time we again called Streamline Plumbing & Electric because one of our GE gas cook-top burners sparked even when the burners were turned off. [redacted] came out and looked over the cook-top and said that it was an appliance issue, not either a plumbing or electrical problem. He turned off the gas for safety. So from a safety point of view, he was very helpful and deserves a 10 rating, but he did not nor could he fix the appliance since he was not certified to do so. When I started to discuss another electrical problem, I was really surprised when [redacted] told me he was not an electrician (even though I told them when we called that it appeared to be an electrical problem) so he could not provide any kind of suggestions of what to do next. For that, Streamline gets a 3 (or less) rating for not sending someone out who knew how to evaluate and fix electrical problems.
After he left, I went on YouTube and found that I should check the igniters for dirt.or grease. I did so and cleaned them with alcohol coated Q-Tip. Tried the cook-top again and it has worked perfectly since then.

We had an electrical problem, and I called Streamline to handle it. This is an excellent company, [redacted] handled the problem quickly and professionally, as well as answering a number of questions we had that have saved certainly helped in some upcoming projects as well.

I am definitely glad I called this company, and that [redacted] was the guy who arrived for this job. If I have any plumbing or electrical work to be done, it will be [redacted] and Streamline that I call. And if anyone mentions a need for this kind of work, I'll immediately recommend they make that call to Streamline and [redacted]. Top notch.

We are thinking of getting a water softener and filter for our well water issues. Streamline sent an employee named [redacted] who tested our water and made recommendations. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the products they have available. We plan on getting another estimate and opinion since this will be a rather expensive project but I would not hesitate to use this company based on my experience. So far, they seem top notch. I give a 7 on the "likely to recommend" scale as I have not actually had them install any products yet. Should we use this company, I will update my opinion accordingly.

[redacted] was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed at the appropriate times on his progress. I think he solved a illusive problem, not the kind that jumps right out at you. Since he kept us informed it was easy to understand what was going on and what the problem was.

[redacted] did a very good job resolving a hot water issue as well as replacing a garbage disposal. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Great job.

[redacted] was the technician who replaced my outdoor light fixture. He gave me options and paid attention to detail. I appreciated the complimentary check of my water and electric system. Overall it was a good experience. I was able to get someone out to my house within a week of calling them, which I really appreciate.

I've been using Streamline for many projects at my home. ALWAYS first rate! I've had a tankless water heating system installed and a Water softening system installed. Today's issue was an electrical issue in my GFCI system. [redacted] came out and performed some great debug work - as a former electrician myself, his skills and expertise exceeded expectations. Not only did he find the root cause of the issue, it was fixed in a very short time frame. That's the thing about Streamline - they have experts come out and perform the service quickly and with a high level of expertise to achieve 100% satisfaction.
