We are thinking of getting a water softener and filter for our well water issues Streamline sent an employee named [redacted] who tested our water and made recommendations I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the products they have available We plan on getting another estimate and opinion since this will be a rather expensive project but I would not hesitate to use this company based on my experience So far, they seem top notchI give a on the "likely to recommend" scale as I have not actually had them install any products yet Should we use this company, I will update my opinion accordingly
[redacted] came out this afternoon to change out a faucet in a bathroom What a pleasure to be able to deal with someone who is not only knowledgeable, but friendly and honestas well Appreciated his ideas and thoughts regarding a possible upcoming new project We will definitely call Streamline Plumbing and Electric again Keep up the good work
We have used Streamline for many years. They are prompt, very friendly and courteous. They have always done a good and thorough job for us and we have found them to be very reasonable. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
[redacted] was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable He kept us informed at the appropriate times on his progress I think he solved a illusive problem, not the kind that jumps right out at you Since he kept us informed it was easy to understand what was going on and what the problem was
First, we are repeat satisfied customers of Streamline Plumbing & Electric We have had good experiences previously This time we again called Streamline Plumbing & Electric because one of our GE gas cook-top burners sparked even when the burners were turned off [redacted] came out and looked over the cook-top and said that it was an appliance issue, not either a plumbing or electrical problem He turned off the gas for safety So from a safety point of view, he was very helpful and deserves a rating, but he did not nor could he fix the appliance since he was not certified to do so When I started to discuss another electrical problem, I was really surprised when [redacted] told me he was not an electrician (even though I told them when we called that it appeared to be an electrical problem) so he could not provide any kind of suggestions of what to do next For that, Streamline gets a (or less) rating for not sending someone out who knew how to evaluate and fix electrical problems After he left, I went on YouTube and found that I should check the igniters for dirt.or grease I did so and cleaned them with alcohol coated Q-Tip Tried the cook-top again and it has worked perfectly since then
I recently bought an older home that needed a new water heater soonish Suddenly one day, it just stopped working I called streamline and asked if I could get a consult and if the price was right, a potential install, all in the same day [redacted] was super kind and got all my information and told me she would see what she could do She called me within minutes and said a technician would be out in the next minutes [redacted] (The Technician) came out and gave me an estimate that was fair Once I approved it, he got started on the work and him and his crew finished in a couple of hours They were kind and so helpful when I had my emergency I will be recommending them to anyone who asks
I've been a customer for years and [redacted] and [redacted] have saved me from disasters several times and have always responded to an emergency promptlyThe staff could not be more courteous, professional, compassionate and accommodating to my needs and limitations, and have always dealt with me on a personal level, not just as another customerThey always go the extra mile and make sure that I always get more (service) than I pay forI'm years old and in all my life I've never found a plumbing business that's their equal
Great work from Streamline on repairing a supply line leak and shut-off installation [redacted] was great to work with - very professional Work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price Very pleased and would call them again in the future
