hi there I had streamline come out to my place the guy was about min late but not only did the tech call well before hand to let me know he was going to be late but there office called me to let me know once he arrived he took a look at my furnace and told me the cost of what it was going to take to fix it then he had to drive to two different places to pick up the parts and he did not charge me any extra for doing so then I asked him to look and a leak under my sink and he fixed that right up quick the man was knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to keep my furnace going and the plumbing program that they offer is great I do not know how they make any money on it because of all the great deals it gives me
