I have contacted your company numerous times through email and the applicationYour application does not allow me to cancel my subscription nor will anyone respond to my e-mailsIt has been over months that I have been charged $per month totaling $in dues! There is no phone number either to contact to complain about this matterIt is utterly frustrating and I have spent so much time and energy trying to take care of this simple issue of cancelling! Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund the (4) months of services you billed me for that was never used! Your prompt response is greatly appreicated!
Buyer beware Viki TV is great if you have not issues but when you do you cannot get help Viki TV charged me for a year after I canceled subscription I can understand if mistakes are made and they would like to fix it but no luck After about times trying to contact them through their email help center (they have no phone contact), trying to connect through *** and writing a review on ***, I am out of luck Now I have to pay for stop payment or suspend my card and get a new one Very frustratingI suspended in the first place because after years of using them they decided to charge more with less Korean dramas
tried to get supervisor on the phone to dispute a billing...was told "we dont escalate complaints" and hung up...called back toy find my account closed with a balance pending...tried to log on to find out my account was discontinued....again with a balance pending...called corporate number as well as 866# to find the number was no longer in service...I smelled a rat and called from a different phone number and recieve a rep who told me that I have been banned and I asked for a refunded and she said maybe ill get it in 7 to 10 days...she admitted that my phone had been blocked
