Review: Submitted my car for repairs due to the car accident on 5/*/13. The shop had received full payment from my insurance company within 1 week.For the next 4 weeks not even parts would be ordered. The explanation received was that the part's dealer delivered wrong parts twice. Contacted the parts dealer who stated that the delivery attemp was made few times but the shop would not provide the payment , so the parts went back.The owener of the shop is never on premises and the staff pretends not to know anything, such as whereabouts of the owner, how to get in touch with him , what is the status on the car and so on. Left numerous messages, stopped by several times, had my insurance company called them. As of today 6/**/13 I still do not know the status on my car and nobody would communicate with me. The insurance's rental allowance had runout two weeks ago, so now I have to cover the rental expence for the last two weeks.Desired Settlement: The car rental should be covered by the shop from the day my insurance stopped paying for it. the car should be returned without another deadline postponement.

Review: I was in a car accident may [redacted] 2013 the car was towed to the company listed since then there has been no progress at all my insurance company has paid over 10, 000$ and still it has been over two months. I have tried everything to get my vehicle back and nothing has worked. I need answers I am being taken advantage of because I am a city employee and I don't want to put my job in jeopardy. It is already august and still I am told nothing of results.Desired Settlement: I want my car right now I've had patience And I've stayed as calm as possible I need action taken at this point

Review: I got into a no-fault auto vehicle accident on May **, 2013 and a tow truck came to tow my car and recommended this body shop for repair. The service was inadequate because I have been calling almost everyday if not every other day and even came to the site to make a visit in regards of the repair process and have been getting run-arounds and you have been avoiding my calls. Every time I would call, I get stories saying that the manger is not at the shop, or I just missed him by a couple of minutes to him not being there at all today. I am disappointed because I was promised the car should have been repaired and can be picked up over a month ago and its well over two months now (todays date: July **, 2013) and I am not sure what work has been done on the car as well as the location of the car. The staff that works at the body shop is absolutely unprofessional and rude. They make up stories whenever I call or visit and ask for the manager, [redacted]. The shop owner was paid in full ($5,177) by my insurance directly and they cashed it right away. I dont know what kind of repair was done on the car nor do I know where it is. I havent seen my car since the day it was handed over to the body shop. Furthermore, I am currently driving a rental car from Enterprise and they promised to pay for the fees since my insurance only covers for a certain amount of days. I have an attorney trying to contact the body shop but until now, I still have no results. None of what was promised to be done has been followed through with.Desired Settlement: To resolve this problem, I would appreciate it if someone can go investigate on this company and the whereabouts of my car as well as why it is taking so long to return the car back to me. Also, to check if they actually do repair cars and what they really specialize in because its taking a ridiculous amount of time to repair a car that was only damaged in the rear end.

Review: my car was parked [redacted] in brooklyn ny which was crashing into my car,the show up and do the report that was sunday june **,2013 tow truck (on point auto works inc) pick up my car to :street authorized auto enterprises corp.the car was appraisal by geico ,a check of usd2500.00 was issued to the repair shop on july **,2013 and signed a contract the car will be ready on july **,2013. On july ** no promise was keep until today ,I have to return the rental car issued by geico as per geico request,since the shop promise the car will be ready on friday (not ready) I have to rent a car myselft for the cost of usd453.12 for on week,return the car on july ** because I was promise by the shop the car will be ready on that day ,go again to the shop that day the car is not ready,promise again for july * than no car they do not answer they telephone sent email no response.Desired Settlement: I need my car as soon as possible repaired and refund for my rental expenses of us $453.12 and companssation
