First off I did not sign or receive any documentation when I dropped off my Truck. Again the alarm that was removed was not aftermarket as per Ford Motor Company. Yes I did approve the removal of the alarm because that is what Dan said was needed, my truck battery was dead on Thanksgiving morning proving that the alarm was not the problem. I even called him on Thanksgiving to let him know that. If the Golden rule of the shop is Dan test drives all vehicles, Why did he let me leave the shop with my truck running so poorly. It had a miss in Cylinder #7 and the check engine light was on. I called him on my way home, within 10-15 mins after I left the shop,  and I was willing to bring it back that day, he suggested I come Friday morning. On that Friday Morning, we did have a conversation about my stuff being tossed in the back, my radio being changed to a RAP station. Dan said he was sorry and his mechanic is kind of sloppy at times and he has told them NOT to change peoples radio stations. As for the dent, It was not brought up because it was not there Thursday when I picked up my truck, but I noticed it when I got home Friday Morning from Dans shop. Now as far as Dan's response that he worked on my truck Friday morning. Not sure how he did that since he sat in the office and talked with my husband and myself for about 20 mins, he left for 5 mins and came back to the office and sat with us for another 20 mins left the office again and did drive my truck around the block. That is when he told me I had a pin hole in one of my spark plug wires and he wrapped tape around it and said it would be fine. It was not fine.Dan did not returned one of my phone calls, or one of the many text I sent him. He left me only this option to file this complaint.

We responded back to the Revdex.com on 12/13/17 and nothing has changed on our part. Our invoice lists all the repairs performed by our shop. Our invoice states that we simply drained and refilled the coolant, replaced her supplied spark plugs and remove her aftermarket alarm system that was draining her battery(see attached ticket # [redacted]). The truck ran fine when we delivered the truck back to the customer. Later the customer stated the engine was running rough and came in the next morning for us to look at it. I told her she needed addition work(ignition wires). She responded with “I don’t have any more money to put into the truck at this time”. So we wrapped the ignition wires with electrical tape (at no charge) until she could afford to put the additional money into the truck to make it run better. Our position is the same as in our last response  listed below.#1 If a vehicle needs addition work that the customer can’t afford it is out of are hands.#2 What we stated about the center console. We didn’t do anything to the console therefore will won’t be fixing it.#3 As to the dent she is claiming. We didn’t dent or damage her truck in anyway therefore we won’t be fixing that either.
