I took my car in for an alarm installation I stated I wanted it wired directly to my battery-not tied into wiring harness in car I was assured by owner this would be done It was not, they tied wiring directly into vehicle wiring harness in car
I stated my car (paint job) was being vandalized, and I wanted system to scan around outside of my car to warn me if someone was near my car I was told this would be done It was not done I can walk right around my car-right next to it, and I get no warning at all Since then, my paint job has been scratched several times
I kept getting alarms The second time I took my car back to them, the owner became very rude, quite belligerent I just left (that is what he wanted I wasted $ There service is horrible, I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone,
