Imagine having a mortgage of $215k and an appraisal done by their company stating our house was worth $285k and then being asked (forced) to pay a $75k lump sum and a penalty! The company has taken our mortgage payment on the wrong day for the wrong amount three months in a row nowThe first occurrence was March 3rd of this year when our mortgage was taken unexpectedly and excluded our property taxes which made it the wrong amountWe called, informed them that it is to be taken out on the 28th of the month and this has happened for the past year without problems, and it had been corrected, we were refunded the money the same dayThis happened a second time on April 4th, when our mortgage was again taken out for the amount excluding our property taxesThis time, we called, complained [redacted] and it will be back in our account the next dayThe next day came and went, it was never refundedWe called back again, informed them of everything again, it should be taken out on the 28th, it is not the right amount etcWe were told that it is too late to be refunded as the payment was taken out and processed alreadyThis,

Then as it had taken a month the account was in arrears as clearly my dad had passed away so couldn't pay his mortgageI was then told I had to pay it and if I didn't within months they would foreclose on the houseWell seeing as I have my own mortgage I didn't ha e $a month magically to pay hisWe found out the mortgage was back end insured with *** *** (who told us if Street asked them for help with payments they would)To which I was told by Street it was up to their discretion and they would not be asking them for help that I either had to make the payments or they'd be foreclosing
I finally have months payment I could make but the second the account hit months in arrears they apparently won't accept it anymore unless it's the full amount and have sent to lawyers for foreclosure actionOh which was only a couple days ago and I already owe $in their lawyer fees even though a lawyer hasn't been assigned and they can give me no information

Then we were transferred over to *** ***, who was very ***, making comments about how we have trouble keeping up with our debt load, in reality we have good credit and one red ticket at the credit bureau regarding a Visa that was not activated, which the visa company amended immeditately*** refused to discuss what she saw as an issue with getting the line of credit "it is not my responsibility to investigate or comment on your credit" I only found out about the Visa error when I contacted my Bank
