Review: I ordered from Jet Life Apparel on Wednesday, October 22nd. I ordered 1 small Presidential Rolex t-shirt in grey. I first called on Friday, October 24th to get a status update - no answer, no voicemail machine was set up. I called twice more before they answered. They told me the person who handles orders was not in the store. I called again on Monday, October 27th to get a status update - the first call wasn't answered, the second one was answered. The man was still not in the office, but they took my name, number and order number down and said he would be at the store in an hour to an hour and a half. They also told me they didn't have a small grey shirt, although on the site, it says they're fully in stock of that particular item in that size. I called again on Wednesday, October 29th - the first two calls weren't answered, the third call they took my information again and said the man would call me back that afternoon - I received no call. I called again on Friday, October 31st - the first call was answered, and they stated that the man who handles orders would be in the office in an hour or two. My boyfriend made the final call on Monday, November 3rd requesting a refund - the first call wasn't answered, the second call was. The man who handles orders was in the office and said he had been waiting to hear back from me. My boyfriend told them I no longer wanted the order and wanted my money back, and they said "we'll send it" and hung up on him. No confirmation, no order cancellation, NOTHING. I called back twice to speak to a manager after being hung up on and there was still no answer.Desired Settlement: I want the entire $46.25 refunded to me. Especially since I paid almost $12 for shipping, the product should have been here by now - their site also stated that the orders ship out the same day and mine did not. I would like a FULL refund please.

Review: On February 20th, 2015 I pre-ordered the item PILOT TALK 3 PRE-ORDER USB PACK BLACK. The item was scheduled to be shipped to everyone on April 4th. On April 3rd, I received an email stating that the order has been shipped, and within this email I also received the tracking number. During the following days, people began to receive their packages in the mail, but during this time my package had still not been shipped. The tracking number showed that the tracking label had only been created, but the package itself hadn't been shipped. I continued to wait patiently for the package to arrive, until 10 days later when I attempted to contact the company through their Contact Us link on their website. 3 days passed and I did not get a response, so I tried to call the company by the using the number they listed on their website. Upon calling this number, it was never answered and it would began to play the internet dial-up tone and stop ringing. On April 20th, I placed another form on their website, listing my shipping number as well as asking them when I should receive my package. Both of the contact us forms are still unanswered to this day. I managed to get in contact with someone that is affiliated with the website on the social media platform Twitter, and he only told me that he would send an email out that night to let people know about the status of their packages. I sent him the tweet on April 13th and he responded the same day, and I still never received an email from them with the status of my package. I contacted the musician and his manager about the product also, but no response. On April 15th, I attempted to contact them through the email for the website, as well as the person I mentioned earlier through email, listing the same information with my shipping and when I purchased it. I once more asked when I will get the package I paid for, and have not received a response to this day. I sent the same email to them again on April 20th, and I have yet to receive a response for that eitherDesired Settlement: I would like to finally receive the product that I paid for, or an explanation for what the problem is with shipping it. I would also like to know why the website and people affiliated have not been responding to my inquiries about the shipping with the product. If neither of these can be down, I would like a full refund since I have not received the product after it supposedly shipping April 3rd and I haven't received any responses to my emails and messages.

I called again 1 week later and was told it was shipping again. 2 weeks after that, I had to called and ask for a refund because it was clear to me the product was never coming. It has been a week since I asked for my refund and I still have not received it, nor have I received the anything saying that I have declared asking for a refund.
