Review: On Memorial Day weekend Mr. [redacted] of Streetdreams Customs picked up my 1973 impala for paint and body work. He stated that the car would be ready in July upon my return from overseas duty. Once I was back in San Diego on July 5th I went to Street Dreams to pick car up and I was told it would be another week. I went a week later and my car was still not finished, I asked for the location of my car so I could go see what the problem was. I got to Camion Collision and the car was torn a part half prime red and no where near finished. I spoke with the owner and he tole me that he didn't get the car until the end of June, and I noticed that 2 of my rims were damaged. When I pointed this out to [redacted] and the owner that said that they would monetary compensation for the car late and the damage wheels would be replaced. It has been 5 months and I have been back and forth with this company to get my car back and completed but I continue to get the run around.Desired Settlement: I want my car back ASAP, the damaged rims replaced and the price I paid of $3000 should be lowered for the inconvenience. The work was promised to be completed by the first week of July, its now October and it is still no finished.

Review: I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted for 07MAR15 at 1pm. I brought a [redacted] that said 5 windows tinted for $139.00. The deal never specified which five windows. When I got to the business the man who claimed to be the owner was very unprofessional. He talked with an attitude. When I told him I had an appointment he had no ideal because one of His workers posted the add and did not communicate with him or any one else. He then stated that the five windows were only for the back portion of the vehicle which was not stated in the [redacted]. Again the [redacted] said five widows and not which windows. I had five windows I wanted tinted. He told me I could set an appointment for the next day, Sunday. I set the appointment for 1pm 8mar15. When I got to the business it was closed. I contacted the number on the door and I was told one worker called out so they were not open for the day. I was never notified and even when I called after arriving to the closed business the guy was very rude and unprofessional. I have spent 2 days planning my life around this business and their lies. The advertisement was false and the owner was very rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I have taken my business elsewhere. I would appreciate an apology for the business for false advertisement and u professional behavior.
