Mr [redacted] called in to request service like he had in the past We had treated his house a year ago during construction and provided a partial service for $ This time the house was complete and he requested a FULL service now that the house was complete and set his appointment for about a week out After business hours the day before his Saturday morning service he called and left a message that something came up and they would like to cancel Since we had tried to accommodate the original service date request, his appointment was set for early Saturday morning so no one was able to check his voicemail until after the service had been completed We called him back on that Saturday to discuss the situation Mr[redacted] was happy to accept the discount of $at that time and gave us his card information to pay the remaining balance over the phone This complaint comes as a surprise because we had already discussed the issue and resolved it with a discounted service to his satisfaction that lead to him giving us payment There is usually someone like this every couple of years that wants to continue to be difficult because they already got a discount and file complaints and make things up to see if they can get away with getting a free service We are always clear with the pricing when someone calls in, Mr [redacted] new the cost of the service that he requested prior to scheduling Its unfortunate that people like this are out there and try to scam a small business and a worker that spent a Saturday morning in degree heat to service his house Most of Mr [redacted] claims are fraudulent and don't make sense given the situation Mr [redacted] has called in to our office and threatened our staff even after this complaint had been filed My staff is aware of the situation and has been told to call the police right away if he shows up at the office, calls in or leaves another threatening message As far as we are concerned, this issue is resolved Any further communication between Ida Bug Guy LLC and Bruce [redacted] will be through the appropriate legal resource given the situation Thanks!
