Street Glow

My LED kit is not even 6 months old, and it no longer works, they show different colors I don't even choose. They flicker, and they turn on by themselves or won't turn off at times.
I contacted them and they sent a few responses but then no longer replied! I called them and they said I would receive a call back and I got nothing! They do not stand behind there product, I wanted to have the best on my truck, it's just been a disappointment.

Review: StreetGlow, Inc. Online purchase on Nov. 25, 2014 of item number [redacted] confirrational number [redacted]. The email at purchase stated a 10-14 day shipment, as of today; 12-16-2014 there is no product shipped. I emailed this company on 12-14-2014 with no response. I have made 1 call to [redacted] on 12-15-2014 and no one would answer the phone, all voice mail with no return call. I also called 3 times on 12-16-2014 and every call to variousted departments went to voice mail, even customer service. I still have not receven a return call back.

I am unsure if this is a valid company.

Review: First I tried to fill out a return authorization request on streetglows website. After a week or two with no response I sent I sent in my gold series neon kit on 9/25/1 to streetglow by usps with tracking # [redacted] which shows it was Delivered on 10/2/14. On 10/10/14 I called streetglow to see if they received my package. The guy was very defensive and said he would not warranty them right off the bat. I told him I sent in the neons with recept and that the place I purchsed them at has since went out of business. Then he said he would check to see if ithey received them. 30 secs later he said they were not there and that he won't do anything. Tracking as proved otherwise. I would like the neons to be warrantied under there lifetime warranty. Or at the very lease send back my old neons. I can also send you the recepts if needed.Desired Settlement: To honor there warranty and replace my neons. Or at the very least send back my old neons
