I am so sorry to hear of your experience with usLooking at your tracking, it looks like the tracking stated the item was delivered on 1/Then, on February, 11th they marked it as
‘undeliverable as addressed’ which probably means they lost it somewhere and just found itI am SO sorry about this and completely understand your frustration
Typically if an item shows delivered and the buyer states it’s not received, we file a claim and await a response from the shipping companyWe did that however, have yet to hear a response
I’d like to turn this around for youI am willing to not only process your entire refund of $but also send you out the item when it is returned back to usWe no longer have the jacket or I’d just send it outIf it does not come back to us, I’ll send you a gift card for your troubles
