On January 29th, 2020'Street Scene On & Road Performance installed a Duplex adapter4; Flat &7 Round RV blade W/BKT ***. On Friday February 28th when I was driving heading out of my house I heard a noise I pull out of the street, and I saw that the hole connector was hitting the road, there were not screws on it, so I tie it up. I got my appointment for today Wednesday 4th March 2020 for the repair, but I was told that they cannot replace''the part; they will just attach it again even though it is damaged. I am very disappointed with their service, I pay for a good installation, and it's not my fault that''it wasn't installed properly.

Replacement I just ask for what I paid a part that is not damaged and properly installation of a part that is not going to fall off in less than a month.

In response to this ***'s formal complaint; we have found the truck in conversation to have been overloaded and sagging in the rear axle when it arrived at our shop on March 4th, 2020. The electric connector had been damaged when it was backed over something. This was evident by the bent bracket and broken bolts. The wiring connector in conversation was only scratched. We went above and beyond our responsibility by reattaching it at no charge to the customer.
