Just got a Honda Sfrom [redacted] at Street Smart Auto BrokersI purchased it online based on pics and ***'s assessment of the vehicleHe said it rated a out of He was wrong!!! It is a out of at best! Mechanically it was as described but cosmetically it is an absolute disappointment!!! I feel that I was misinformed because I did ask if it had dents and was told only some scratches which he showed picsIt had over dents, a busted front bumper and a repaired back bumper to include a pretty scratched up dash! I'm very upset and now have to wait weeks for the title to be in my name and sell the car!! Over $1K in tax money wasted!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!!!! YOU MAY NOT GET THE FULL TRUTH!!!! I certainly didn't!

We had an awful customer service experience at Street Smart Auto Brokers todayAfter we found a vehicle we liked we had to leave pick up a child and gather the financesWhile we were gone we were in continual text conversations with the salesmanThey sold the vehicle without even letting us know anyone was looking at it! When we said it would have been nice to know someone else was looking at the vehicle, the salesman got quite rude an unprofessional and sent multiple rude text messagesWhen I called the dealership another sales rep was equally rude on the phone and completely unapologetic for how they handled the whole thing

I had multiple issues with Street Smart regarding the purchase of a Honda Pilot
They took out the keyless entry package from the price of the car without informing us, until I asked about itWe had to negotiate get one key fob back into the deal
It took them weeks and many phone calls from me to actually get the key fob madeThey just gave me the number to a locksmith, whom I had to coordinate withHe was clueless as to what was going on when I called him, which makes me assume they did not communicate to him the deal either
I have registered a day temp tag extension and an additional day extension, and the DMV still has not received the title from them after over months (law says they have days to provide the title), and I can't get another extension after the day expires
They have not been helpful and have been terrible with communication throughout the entire processI will never deal with Street Smart again

He was wrong!!! It is a 7 out of 10 at best! Mechanically it was as described but cosmetically it is an absolute disappointment!!!
