Review: I purchased a cell phone case from the Street Talk kiosk at [redacted] on December 9th, 2013 for $85.60. At the time of purchase, I was not told of a return policy (the employee was too concerned about trying to get me to purchase another item). This cell phone case is leather with crystal gems on the front of it. By Friday, December 13th, the cell phone case was already falling apart specifically a few of the crystals were already missing. Since it had only been five days since purchase and I had the receipt, I decided that I wanted to return it for a refund or exchange it for another product. I live roughly an hour away from [redacted] so I was unable to get out there until Sunday, December 15th by this time, the product was in even worse shape and the adhesive which attached an entire row of crystals had let lose. When I told the employee that I wanted to return or exchange the product he told me that was impossible because their return policy is all returns and exchanges have to be within seven days and the product has to be unused. I thought since the product was clearly defective, it was within the seven day time frame, and I had the receipt that they should be willing to work with me to at least exchange the product for a new one if they would not let me return it for a refund. The employee was extremely rude and was totally unwilling to help me in anyway and actually walked away from me multiple times. I asked to speak with his boss or the owner of the kiosk and he refused. I then filed a formal complaint with the mall management I received a call from the malls Leasing Manager on Tuesday, December 17th and she said that she was unable to help. After speaking with the Leasing Manager, I decided to try to stop payment on the transaction with my bank since I paid nearly $90 for a product that is essentially worthless since it fell apart within days and is now unusable. I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because I would like to receive a refund for this defective product and if thats not possible, I would at least like to get the word out that this is a business with horrendous service and extremely poor quality products that are not worth anywhere near what they are selling them for.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund in the full amount of $85.60.
