Review: I placed order #[redacted] for a Bolt 40 mod Pin 2.0 on 4/30/14 and have had nothing but trouble since. I have been trying to locate it and change the order shipping address since June, but [redacted] (whom I've spoken with on multiple occasions and was told was the owner of the company) can never seem to find my order when I can get a hold of him.The order confirmation email that I received shortly after purchasing the board clearly states:"Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Once your board leaves our facility in can take an additional 3-5 business days to reach you. Some boards such as Custom made boards or more popular styles such as Sector 9, Landyachtz and Loaded can take an additional 5-7 days. Please be patient as we ship 100's of boards weekly. Please wait 14 days to recieve your board before conatcting us via email. Customs paperwork: For international orders, we will fill out your customs forms and e-mail you a copy."I emailed the company after 14 days had gone by and I heard nothing about the board. [redacted] said that he would keep me updated and provide me with a tracking number after it was shipped and that never happened. Keep in mind that I placed this order 3 months ago now. I still have no way of knowing if the order was shipped or not.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would really appreciate a refund but cannot seem to get through to anyone. I have read and understand the company's refund policy, I just want at least some of the $189.99 I spent on this board back. Embarrassingly enough, this was supposed to be a gift for my significant other, but its been so long since I placed the order that we are no longer together and I no longer wish to give it to him.
