Josh informed us of his issues (minor) with the truck and we took care of them. We certainly cannot be obligated to reimburse for repairs out of our control. As far as I know Josh is presently driving the vehicle and has no further complaints. Eric

I did the repairs due to Valvoline finding things being wrong which is on you because the safety check was not properly done on this vehicle. and I did the oil change because the window sticker was way past due by the mileage.

mid january 2014 I bought a 98 tahoe from them. I took it in for a alignment and was told that the whole front in was bad. after dealing with them on the phone they agreed to take a look at it. and they replaced all the parts. I left happy. 2 weeks later the radator went. I just paid for it myself. The check engine light was onafter 3 days of driving it so they fixed to O2 sensor. the light came right back on. I pulled out the spark plug that was miss firing and it was covered in oil. I just called them and ansked them if I bought something else from them would they give me back what I paid for it( told them about the new tires, tune up, remote start, knowing I wouldnt get that money back) they said they would buy it back but wouldnt give me what I paid for it.they offered to buy it back for less then what I paid for it

Review: I brought a 2005 altima on 2/7/2014 the check engine light n the brake light came o a week later and I took the car in and they told me it was the exhaust and gave me the number to a repair shop and they said it would cost me 400 dollars to get it fixed.but I have an extended warranty threw them and I havent had the car 2 weeks and its problems with it.I feel this is something they should fix cause whatever the problem is it was their before I got the car.it seems like to me since I gave them 6000 dollars fot the car and I only owe 1200 more they dont care about the car having these issues.I feel the dealership should fix my car.Desired Settlement: I would like for the dealership to repair my car.

This vehicle came with a 3 Month 3,000 Mile Powertrain Warranty, which carries a $500.00 deductible and covers the two main components of a vehicle, engine and transmission. [redacted]'s vehicle had a Check Engine Light come on about three weeks after purchase. The code was for a Catalytic Convertor, which is not covered under our Powertrain Warranty. We would be happy to repair the vehicle at our cost, meaning whatever it costs us it would in turn cost the customer! Please note that cost of this repair is actually less than the deductible of $500.00, so even if the warranty would have covered the repair it would be better off paying for the repair versus paying the $500.00 deductible. Regular repairs and maintenance are the buyers responsibility.
