I signed up for strength camp in February ,for a 3 month membership and paid $105.00 for February, March and April. Due to covid 19 I have been unable to go to the Gym as the government closed the gym down in mid March. So I paid for April $105.00 and did not use this service and then now I have been billed(charged) through my *** $157.00 when I had not authorized strength camp to take monies from my ***. I have tried numerous times to contact Jake B the owner/operator of this gym and he has not responded to me. I have called and left messages, I have texted him and also sent a message through messanger. He will not respond to me.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Jake B owner of Strength Camp B.C Writing to you today about a compliant through the Revdex.com.

The reason why *** was charged for April, Was because my business was providing the best service with what is available at the time. We launched workout plans, diet plans, live coaching and exercise instruction, recorded videos of coaching and exercise instruction, accountability programs, extended support through text and call, and holistic lifestyle coaching through meetings and daily exclusive video recordings. I truly went above and beyond what the membership she signed up for was only because I wanted to provide the best service to my clients like *** as possible.

Furthermore, she had signed up for a month-month contract, which gave the first 3 months for a reduced introductory complimentary rate of 100(+ 5% gst) which she was due to pay unless canceled. After the 3 months, she had still not contacted me to cancel, so the next payment of 150 was charged because she was still on membership. As far as I knew, she was using the services, and was not replying to me messages.

We ended up talking on the phone the day that this complaint was filed, and I was able to find out that her phone was not sending or receiving text messaged properly which is why our communication wasn't working. On said phone call, we came to the understanding, and I decided to put the customer first and give a refund for the 157 dollars that was charged that she did not fully understand would be charged. I sent that, and she agreed it was fair that I did not have to send the other 105 back because she was still using the service and was under a 3 month sale package of membership. She also agreed to send you , the Revdex.com, an email telling you the problem has been resolved. Im not certain she was telling the truth or not, but she did tell me she sent you this email asking you to delete the complaint. This is why it took me this long to respond and I just realized this was not deleted like she had told me.

I hope this can be resolved now, I do feel I was wrongly prosecuted for this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: Jake B has now billed me for June. I have contacted him to advise him and he said he would give me June's payment of $157.00 back. So until he gives me my money back and can confirm I will no longer be charged, I am still keeping this complaint going.
