I used the African Pride olive miracle deep conditioning anti breakage no lye hair relaxer on my on hair last WednesdayI did the strand test and that was OK, but when I put the product all over my head as directed I could feel it burning after minutes, I immediately began washing my hair out with the neutralizing shampoo and my hair was coming out in clumps (I have pics to prove it)My hair was frizzy,burnt,falling out and so much thinner than when I startedI could feel my face was also burnt(pics also) but it didn't show up until the next morning, I went to my Dr.and she prescribed an antibiotic ointment for my burns 3x a day for days and I couldn't wash my hair for days because my scalp was also burnedI missed work and wouldn't go outside because I looked so awfulMy hairdresser came to my home to try and fix my hair (hoping for a miracle) she has done what she could so far & I've spent $trying to fix this disasterI don't know how this product is on the shelves in storesThere should be a huge WARNING SIGN....May cause burns to face and neck as well as extreme hair loss and damageI am so upset right now and disgusted at this company for advertisement I tried to find an expiration date, but I couldn't find one on the box

I used their product Olive Miracle Hair Relaxer in which at least half of my hair fell outI contacted the compnay about months ago (15-Oct-15)I was directed to fill out forms, send pictures and provide pictures of the product packaging I did what was requried After whihc I have reached out several times via email and phone leaving messages to request the company provide a solution to my inquiryThe company is avoiding me and will not respond to any calls/messages or emails I feel no company should conduct business in this manner and I do not to be yaken advantage of

I missed work and wouldn't go outside because I looked so awful. My hairdresser came to my home to try and fix my hair (hoping for a miracle) she has done what she could so far & I've spent $383.00 trying to fix this disaster. I don't know how this product is on the shelves in stores. There should be a huge WARNING SIGN....May cause burns to face and neck as well as extreme hair loss and damage. I am so upset right now and disgusted at this company for false advertisement . I tried to find an expiration date, but I couldn't find one on the box.
