Review: I have been requesting my money back for an item I purchased in May. I have had nothing but trouble with the people at this business as they will not return my phone calls or emails unless I threaten to report them. I have asked 3 times since July to have my money back and have still not received it.Desired Settlement: I want this business to either correct their horrendous customer service or go out of business. For having a name like "Stress Away..." they are horrible at even living up to that expectation.
