Of course any concerns that would have been brought to the companies attention would have been resolved ASAP, and that is exactly the case here - as soon as I became aware, it became my top priority to ensure the customer was happy with the work. I await to hear back from the customer again to see if he is now satisfied with the work. This is not his primary residence and so he only is able to go to the site occasionally. Review: I paid [redacted] to power wash and stain my 1000sqft deck and the results are shocking. I reached out to him and he stated he really needed the work and was happy to give him some. He showed up a couple days after he said he would and then proceeded to power wash the deck, I informed him of parts that he missed and areas that looked bad and he didn’t correct it even after he said he would. He then went and purchased the deck color from Home Depot and used cheap product. He stained the deck with his "help" and said he would come back for touchups. It was beyond the need for touchup, he missed areas entirely; streak marks everywhere, did the railings and only painted the front and back, missing the sides completely, it looked as if it was his first time staining. After asking [redacted] to come back and fix he blamed the work on his "help" and agreed it looked horrible, he then promised to fix ASAP. He never returned to fix the job and has gone silent to my emails. I am currently looking to find another contractor to come fix the mess that he made. I want my money back,I have pictures.Desired Settlement: I would like him to fix his work or return the money paid for the work done. I will look for another contractor to finish the mess he made.
