in contact with you and will be meeting on Monday to look over your issues. However, you had work done on the patio by another contractor and a fence installed improperly on your patio. What do we mean by this? Your fence was installed by removing pavers and post installed directly into the the patio base . Concrete was then installed on top of your patio around each post causing weight distribution and pulling of the structure of patio and settling issues to your steps and pavers. You also had another contractor put pavers back in place improperly after fence was installed. Our contract that you signed , clearly says:
Any repairs
made to any installation by any party other than Country Gardens voids any
warranties offered by Country Gardens. This was added to our contracts for the reasons and the complaints you have. Our warranties are for 3 years, This is the standard held by ICPI and our industry practices. Our work over the years and practices with each customer is held in high standards. We look forward to helping resolve your issues and believe that our contract should be held in honor and legal as stated. We also believe this could of been avoided and was a mis-use of customers freedom of the Revdex.com and Angie's List , Once again , I am sorry for your mistaken and bias views of our company.
