shows that the package was undeliverable at the address they have posted on their website. They refuse to accept our calls. Their website states, "Customer satisfaction is our sole motto and therefore we are very particular
about reliability, stability, quality consistency of our product." Nothing could be farther from the truth. As a small business we depend on integrity and guaranty. The product was inferior and the guarantee false. The [redacted] and customer service is extremely rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.

Review: I ordered from them via phone 3.5 yards of what they had advertised on their website as Neoprene.A picture of the site page for neoprene is shown here with this link. [redacted] As you can clearly see , they state they have Neoprene. Neoprene has a rubber layer between nylon layers... Neoprin is nylon layers with a stretchy fiber woven to hold the two pieces together. When I got to inspect the item, I found that it was not Neoprene, but neoprin. I emailed them multiple times due to I get home after story hrs for them. No response. My last email was sent 9/**/13. I waited a week to see if they would respond. None. I called the shop, and spoke to the person that answered and told them they had sent me neoprin, not Neoprene. I asked to be able to exchange it, I was told rudely no... I asked then for a refund and I would send this neoprin back. This made him even ruder and said no. I stated that his site stated he sold Neoprene, not neoprin, and that I wanted neoprene... he insisted that what I had was neoprene. I explained to him the difference and he got snotty and hung up on me.This is not what I wanted, it is not what they advertised to sell. I want my money back, and he can have his neoprin back. I cannot do anything with it.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL REFUND. I no long wish to try to exchange this for Neoprene. I want my money back, and for them to Correct their website in order for to advertise properly what they are selling. I Cannot use this neoprin for anything. It is basically worthless to me. I wish to have my refund, and be done with these people that treated me so rudely.

Review: The fabric dyes bled in test samples from the fabric we purchased from this company and we tried to remedy the problem with the dyes to see if we could affix the dye, but the conventional methods prescribed for fabric of this type did not fix the problem on the samples and therefore eliminated any possibility to use the fabric purchased; adhered dyes can cause issues with those who suffer allergic reaction to specific dyes. We called the Stretch House company and to alert them and the [redacted] man [claimed to be the [redacted]] responded abruptly. Would not listen to any information regarding the defective fabric and hung up on me. I called back and in a non-combative business like voice again tried to speak to him and after a lot of verbal abuse from this man, he exclaimed, "return the whole order with the order sheet and I will refund the entire amount and the shipping costs to you." I asked why if this was the only defect we knew and he said "ship the whole order back and I will refund the whole amount and your shipping costs." I asked for the shipping address and he said "find it yourself on the website." He hung up on me and I packaged the remainder of the fabric with the order form. When I looked at the invoicing I saw a different amount than was charged to my credit card in excess of $33.86 USD. When I called again, he hung up. Our bookkeeper and manager wrote him emails requesting confirmation for the return address for shipping and we received no answer. We located the address for this business and copy and pasted to USPS postage purchase of $19.35 USD on the internet and shipped the entire product purchased on the invoice as directed. We tracked the package to the address and discovered today that the package was undeliverable because the [redacted] refused to sign for it.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a refund of the products purchased in the amount of $56 USD, shipping costs and overcharges of the $33.86 USD and our shipping costs of $19.35 to return the requested products to Stretch House per the [redacted]s direction and promise of refund.
