THIS CUSTOMER PURCHASED A VEHICLE AT A MUTUALLY AGREED UPON PRICEUNFORTUNATELY SHE EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WITH THE DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY AFTER THE SALEBECAUSE SHE HAD PURCHASED A WARRANTY WITH THE VEHICLE, WE WERE ABLE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM ON
HER BEHALFTHE CLAIM WAS DENIED DUE TO BEING A NON-COVERED COMPONENTBECAUSE OF THIS, THE DEALER OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR AT OUR OWN EXPENSEWE DID THIS IN GOOD FAITH, ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE HER CONCERNSTHE CUSTOMER THEN PROCEEDED TO CANCEL HER WARRANTY
