Not impressed with our experience with this company Jeff was very sweet and accommodating when the sale was happening and once they received a down payment the customer service quality disappeared We had to call over months after the final measurements to see when the installation would occur Once a date was set the installer was minutes late the first morning and was alone to install large windows After the windows were installed, the windows were not cleaned and had dirt and fingerprints all over them, something a dry cloth clearly would not clean On top of the dirty windows, the caulking was installed horribly; not smooth at all and looked extremely low quality Not only was the caulking job sloppy, some windows didn't even have caulking! After calling the company to ask to speak to the owner, we didn't hear for over a week Finally we were able to connect to the owner who came to our home to examine the workmanship and said he was not happy with the quality either and would be in touch to fix and make everything rightwell that was weeks ago and we still have not heard anything from the owner When you are spending $11,on windows, you have high expectations and they did not deliver
In just a few years customer service has gone down hill I highly recommend this company for their efficiency, great product and installation in Now using them a second time in to replace another batch of windows, I can say I'm extremely disappointed Communication is completely lacking, in fact its been two weeks and my husband still has not received a phone call back At our quoted lead-time, it was I the customer that had to follow up, twice to find out new ETA The quality, design of the window looks great Installers for most part were excellent again, they are efficient, clean up after themselves, however lack of communication from the office/owner about something had to do that was written in our quote, you could clearly tell they were not happy and did a horrible job Rushed to get our shutters put back on, didn't care that there was 1/inch gab that you could see the body of the screw, or gap above
