Complaint: [redacted] Facts of this matter are: check # for on 07/02/cleared my checking account (Have proof)I have stated the truth on the sanitation of the house, I did walk through the rental, did not realize cats were living in the floor of the rental, the night I moved in I became aware of the feces and urine problemFridge did not work for a hole week, food spoiled I discussed the issues with David the Landlord about the situations, he agreed to give me a one bedroom over the poor living conditionsI wrote them a check for check # I moved because of the family emergency, I then went in to my bank a week later and the check was trying to clear that day so I stopped payment 07-09-13, I have proofNo broken window, I vacuumed and made sure the house was clean, I have witnessMy dog did not make a mess, dogs running around all the time in unfenced yard, and so what would the pet deposit I paid cover? Have proof Major question if this was legit on there behalf, so why did they take collections out on me for 582.85, and now they are saying I owe 1448.50? All units are cleaned and carpets are shampooed before new tenants move inThere were no feces in unitIf there was why would she sign the lease? She did have a choice of other mobile homesShe signed the lease after walking through all available unitsRent is due the first day of every month for all tenants.
The circulation fan for the refrigerator was not working when she moved in and was repaired the next dayAir conditioning is not in our lease and she was informed of thatThe living room window was not broke when she moved inAll items abandoned had to be disposed of so cleaning could be done for the next tenantShe did not clean up after her dog.
She is in breach of contract: Non payment of rent, no day written notice, and utilities were not transferred into tenants} namePropane and electric are not included in the rentNo money received for utilities

It was brought to my attention on Wednesday, March 12, at 9:amvia phone call
in regards to *** *** ID # *** reporting an issue to the RevDex.com.
The Lease was signed 6/23/13, $Deposit, $Pet Fee (non refundable)
and
for rent collected for move inReceived a check for 1,check for
move inTenant said she wanted a bedroom so when she got her kids she would have
room for themBy the end of June she said her kids would not be living with herShe requested a bedroom and on the lSt of July we would sign a lease for it and rent would
be $She did not sign a lease for the I bedroomConsequently, she would have
been responsible for the rent on the three bedroomShe finally showed up on the 5th or
6th of July saying a warrant was out for her arrestShe removed her belongings into a
stock trailerShe finished packing on the ` or 9th of JulyShe left behind a couch,
microwave, coffee pot and other miscellaneous thingsShe also broke a window.
That said, on the first of July I could not rent out the bedroom (her stuff is still in the house)Also, I am waiting for her to move into the bedroomSo I have rentals with no money for July because Tenant stops payment on check #for $The
reason she gave me was because she needed to turn herself in to authorities.
I did not return her deposit since no day written notice, bounced rent check and no payment on any utilities, which was on the notice sent to her certified mail and receivedI have no receipt of receiving cash money from this Tenant for anything.
She did not pay $plus $According to the lease she would owe $725.00 plus the utilities plus damagesI gave her a break and I am sad she would lie about this.

I am rejecting this response because:
I informed manager I had to move back because emergency.  The three bedroom was inhabitable (cat urine, feces,  no air conditioning,  fridge was broken). No damage when I moved out.  Did leave a 500. 00 couch in the house could not get it out.  There were witnesses. No contract for the one bedroom they are trying to collect. I am not a layer.   Manager is lying.

Facts of this matter are: check # 1003 for 1187.00 on 07/02/13 cleared my checking account (Have proof). I have stated  the truth on the sanitation of the house, I did walk through the rental, did not realize cats were living in the floor of the rental, the night I moved in I became aware of the feces and urine problem. Fridge did not work for a hole  week, food spoiled.
I discussed the issues with David the Landlord about the situations, he agreed to give me a one bedroom over the poor living conditions. I wrote them a check for 575.75 check # 1004. I moved because of the family emergency, I then went in to my bank a week later and the check was trying to clear that day so I stopped payment 07-09-13, I have proof. No broken window, I vacuumed and made sure the house was clean, I have witness. My dog did not make a mess, dogs running around all the time in unfenced yard, and so what would the 100.00 pet deposit I  paid cover? Have proof.
Major question if this was legit on there behalf, so why did they take collections out on me for 582.85, and now they are saying I owe 1448.50? I have proof these are the facts, I will not be scammed. I have perfect credit, and this collection they claimed is hurting my credit.
