Strictly Level Reviews (%countItem)

This company states a two-year warranty both on their website and scope of work with specific exceptions. I've asked Strictly Level to come back out to add filler material three times over the last two years. Each time they wanted me to spend more money on leak detection and a structural engineer. Stating it's not their problem. Each time they came, it was always someone else's problem. None of the alleged issues were true nor were they listed in their exceptions. They just won't honor their warranty.

Desired Outcome

Repair Fulfill the contract. It says if the foundation drops 1/4 inch or more within two years, Strictly Level will add filler to bring the foundation back to level at no additional charge to the customer.

Strictly Level Response • Mar 04, 2020

We have met with the client on several occasions about his ongoing problem. Our initial appointment we fixed his low slab issue. Per out contact we require one re-lift over a two year period. Our company went back and fulfilled our agreement of the contract. The client still has an ongoing issue with his foundation. We have made several attempts to work with this client and several suggestions on how to fix his ongoing issue. The client has been unresponsive about taking the necessary steps to help him resolve the problem. He is unwilling to have a static text performed. He says he has had the test but is unable to produce the results of the test. He is also unresponsive to having any other procedures completed when we suggest them. We are only trying to help him find the root cause of the ongoing problem. We have been asked to leave his residence on two occasions when suggesting additional testing. We have fulfilled our portion of the contract.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Dispute business states their company went back and fulfilled their agreement of the contract with a second "re-lift". The second "re-lift" didn't happen. After the initial raising of the foundation back to level, it was never raised again. The second time they came out, they drilled new holes through the slab and water was present. They stop work immediately and suggested a leak detection be performed and fixed if needed. I hired a leak detection company and no leaks were found. Strictly Level wanted proof I had the work done. I couldn't find the worksheet then but I have found it since. Strictly Level suggested I get a static test done. I asked if they offered that option as a service. They said no. Nowhere in the contract does it say anything about testing or consulting with any outside companies before they will honor their contract. My issue is Strictly Level did not re-lift the foundation a second time. All I need is the second re-lift and I'll be happy.
