Strictly Metal Roofing

I think I found out about Karl over at Strictly Metal Roofing on the internet, but they were also doing a very large, contemporary house near where I live. I contracted Strictly Metal Roofing for a metal roof for a custom house I was building at the time. It was a very unusual house designed by an architect for his personal home. I sent them my plans and they did a great job and I'm hoping I have need for a metal roof again soon. I'm a designer and builder and have experience working with contractors often, and Karl was very easy to deal with and seems to be real customer oriented. Because that is unusual for contractors, I would recommend his services to anyone, any time.

About 2 1/2 years ago, while looking for a metal roofing contractor on the internet, I came across Strictly Metal Roofing. Because I had done my research on metal roofs and discovered they were superior in every way to composition shingles, like durability, energy savings, aesthetics, maintenance, etc., I interviewed and accepted Karl *** bid because of my interaction with him. I was impressed with his demeanor and technical abilities and the plus was he was the most competitive on price, based on other contractors I spoke with. He was also very accommodating when it came to a few customizing ideas that I had and was very willing to work with me on those.
Karl was also excellent with some concerns that I had after the ridge row vent was put on. He was very prompt in coming back to make additional adjustments to it afterwards and got to it right then. He really backs up his work. Friends from the Dallas area had mentioned too that they had their composition roof replaced, and in asking what we paid, said theirs was twice the price! I kind of felt sorry for them. We've noticed notable savings on our energy bill too since the quality installation was completed and has held up for us very well.
