I had dental work at discount rate. In advance I put down $200 for dentures. In meantime I got insurance but this place did not accept or bill it. I was not able to get dentures. I asked for the $200 back because I am very low income and my insurance will not pay it all and I cant move forward without my part. In November they agreed to allow me my $200 back then I could pay $5 or $10 a month to satisfy the remainder I owed for extractions. I was told within 60 days. Then after 60 days I was told in 2 weeks. This has been on going being told another week three or four times.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused Ms.. Our team worked hard to refund Ms. over the past months, including having multiple phone conversations and correspondences to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the refund was delayed.
We can confirm the check was sent to refund Ms. on March 5th after she spoke with STRIDE’s Accounts Payable department to approve all mailing and billing information on file. We have confirmation that Ms.’s check was cleared on March 12th. We have tried to make contact multiple times since the refund was sent in order to ensure we are meeting all of Ms.’s needs, but we have not had a response. As of now, we believe we have resolved the concerns brought up. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
