I did receive an email from the company apologizing & saying
that I would be receiving a new band!
No; I did NOT receive an apology from the arrogant "head of customer service" who should NOT be in a position of that nature!
I want the apology from him, also!
I have not gotten the band, though I hope it is on the way!
I do appreciate the apology I did get; as t seemed sincere! and they even admitted that I should have never been talked to that way!

We delivered a free replacement product to the user which USPS reports will arrive todayAlso, we delivered an official apology for the inconvenience our customer felt
We acknowledge that the customer requests a direct apology from the representative that previously was handling this issue and is not satisfied with the apology that was sent from an official company representative
However, it is our decision to limit the communication between this customer and customer support representatives who provided a dissatisfactory experience with the customerWe opened a communication line with the customer and the representative's manager
We hope that the customer will find his replacement product in good order upon receiving it, and we appreciate that the customer responded to this Revdex.com complaint with his rebuttal
