Review: I bought 2 multifunction flashlights from this company at the Sacramento gun show one of them went bad after a couple of months. I went back to the next gun show at Sacramento and took it with me. I went to there booth and the guy said I would have to contact the office in Patterson,ca. to get it replaced. I called both numbers and left messages, I also emailed them. They have not returned my calls or my emails. The dates I have listed are approximateDesired Settlement: These flashlights are not cheap, I would just like to have it replaced

We received a letter with the customer stating they attempted to contact us and we did not respond. Unfortunately this is incorrect. The customer is aware of our lifetime warranty on our products, and has exchanged a product in the past as well. The customer is welcome to return their flashlight that went defective an we will replace the product. Thank you
