They asked me to send them the repair bills and I didThey said they would call me back several timesStill no responseI have sent numerous
emails and still no responseI called and was told a rep would call me back and they don't do it.

 When I initially contacted the company- they offered $15 for the inconvenience. I told them no- then contacted Revdex.com. The part...

and shipping alone were more than that, let alone the paint job. I received an email after contacting Revdex.com, saying they had credited my account by $15. So indeed they did contact me and did give me $15 back, but did not address the issue.

I am still without my car part. And you guys were trying to get me to pay for my correct when I called in when I got the wrong one. This all sounds very fishy and telling me that it is out of stock. And it isn't my fault that the system had a glitch and your part numbers didn't match. So I would like a replacement at no extra charge to me. It's summer time, it rains and its hot and humid and I would like to use my window when I need to.
