El dia 3 de enero de 2018. compre mediante prestamo una Motora Suzuki modelo Hayabusa del 2006. Al sr. Jeff C ,para hacer le un regalo a mi esposo el dia 6 de enero de 2018. La Motora me la entregan mediante delivery. el dia 6 de enero de 2018 le doy la sorpresa a mi esposo pero por las condiciones del clima y la temperatura no la podia correr pues estaba muy frio al dia siguiente 7 de enero de 2018. Mi esposo corre la motora a una distancia tan limitada para el liqueo que dicha motora comenzo a tener ese dia no pude comunicarme con el sr. Jeff C ya que era domingo y procedo a llamarlo el dia 8 de enero de 2018 que era Lunes ,el Sr.C*** me dice que se la lleve el dia 9 de enero porque el no se encontraba en el dealer. Cuando le entrego la motora al dia siguiente el nos pide autorizacion para correrla y saber que sucedia porque al ver el millaje con el que nos vendio la motora y el que tenia cuando la llevamos el entendio que la motora no se habia corrido a una distancia tan lejos para que se calentara y liqueara. la motora se compro con 20284 millas y se la entregamos con 20287 del cual tengo envidencia por fotos del odometro cuando se la entregue al sr. C y tengo evidencia del video que se tomo cuando se le dio la sorpresa a mi esposo que no la corrio en ese momento por el frio que hacia. A las semanas siguiente el sr.C*** me indica que va a comprar un motor nuevo para la motora ya que el que tenia al momento de venderme la motora estaba dañado. a lo que luego me dice que le va a montar un motor usado.
A todo esto no tengo la motora conmigo, no aparece nada tramitado en el Motor Vehicle, me estan debitando dinero de mi cuenta bancanria por un vehiculo que no tengo que me siento estafada por que el sabe que me engaño por ser mujer y estaba consiente de que esa motora tenia problemas ,que no me quiere regresar el dinero que le di de down payment por $737.00 que me indico que era por gastos de dealer y eso me lo estan cobrando como quiera el prestamo.

In all, I do not have the motorcycle with me, nothing appears processed on the bike, they are charging me from my bank account for a vehicle that I do not have that I feel cheated because he knows he lied to me because I am a woman and I was aware that the motorcycle had problems, and he does not want to return the money I gave him down payment for $ 737.00 that he indicated was for the dealer fee and that they are charging me that on top of the loan.

Que me devuelva mi dinero y que cancele el prestamo como desde un principio le pedi porque no confio en el como vendedor ya me engaño la primera vez y no quiero ningun arreglo de motora y mucho menos cambiarla por otra, que me canse que me esten amenazando con que me van a dañar mi credito. ENGLISH: Return me my money and cancel the loan as I asked from the beginning because I do not trust him as a salesman and he cheated me the first time and I do not want any motorcycle arrangement, much less change it for another, I am tired that they are threatening that they will damage my credit.

the customer is correct we did offer to replace the motor for her at no charge to her. the motor developed a h20 leak after she recieved it. the unit was used as advised and we did our best to make this right by the customer. she advised us that she no longer wanted the motorcycle even though it was being repaired at no cost to her. We dont hold the loan MotoleaSE DOES. WE WERE IN CONTACT WITH MOTOLEASE AND SHE ADVISED THEM THAT SHE WANTED IT REPAIRED. WE PROCEED TO START THE REPAIRS ONCE AGAIN AT NO COST TO HER THEN SHE CHANGES HER MIND FOR A 3RD TIME NOW SHE DOESNT WANT THE MOTORCYCLE AGAIN. tHE MOTORCYCLE IS SET FOR VOLUNTARY REPO BY THE CUSTOMER. WE AGREED TO REPLACE IT FOR HER AS SHE STATES IN HER COMPLAINT TO THE Revdex.com. WE CANT CONTROL THAT THE FINANCE COMPANY TAKES OUT OF HER bank account we also cant refund the customers money once the contracts are processed. We did the best we could to try to resolve the situation. no one was "scammed" or taken advantage of because they were a woman. As stated we offered on every occasion to pay to rectify the situation but the customer wont allow us to do that. She has told the finance company to come get it so ou hands our tied.

Purchased a motorcycle expecting to be in good shape leasing company motolease aids in this rip off I wasn't told the motorcycle was wrecked was told nothing was wrong with it I had. It for two months now going round and round with the company and lease company nothing is being done the problems with this matter is that the vehicle should have never left the dealership in the condition it was in I have been having problems with the motorcycle? overheating the radiator and the fans are defective the motorcycle has give me problems since I got it been reported to leasing company and business and still nothing is being done about it I purchased a protection plan called select guard they refuse to fix the problems too the both parties involved put my life in danger I want the company shut Down for neglect to provide a safe vehicle road worthy and lying about the lease I was told it was for 6500 I put down 1200$ down payment and this leasing company called motolease is a ripp off as well I want both companies involved investigated and shut down they are responsible for this matter I leased a vehicle that was supposed to be road worthy not having motor issues so I get the bike the first day half way home it overheats I'm 74 miles from the dealership so the dealer claims nothing is wrong with it I check the oil in the motorcycle barely touches the dipstick it was two quarts low I check the radiator no antifreeze when this dealership claims it was serviced before it left being a used vehicle it should have not been leased in this condition at all by motolease both parties involved put my life in danger driving this vehicle like this so I want the parties involved held responsible and shut down then I take it to a real dealership the protection plan company refuses to pay when it states that the parts are covered I had to pay 400$ out of my pocket and still have the same issues with the motorcycle they didn't fix it because of the protection plan refusing to cover the parts in the contract

Refund I want both parties involved to refund my money immediately and this matter resolved I can't get anywhere with either party involved I keep getting the run around with them I want what is right if the situation is not resolved immediately I will proceed with a lawsuit against both party's involved I believe that greed and try to kill me is not right at all they have been told several times to correct it and still nothing I don't trust stripped down Motorsports servicing the vehicle

mr *** advised us of the issue and we immeaditely responded to his concerns. we offered to pick the unit up and repair the issue for him immeaditely he replied saying his "buddy" was a mechainic and would fix it. he called again and stated the fan switch was bad, we advised him again that we would pick it up at no cost to him or just fix it and we would happily pay for the defective part. both the lease company and ourself have documentation to these conversations. the last conversation we had with him was he loved the bike and just needed it fixed. Once again we offered to resolve whatever the isue was for him at no cost to him. the customer has apparently took it to another dealership and "fixed" it and they charged him $400 according to his compliant and the issue still isnt resolved? this is the first we are hearing this in complaint form . we stand behind everything we sell as instructed to the customer. once again we have no issues helping the customer fix the problem however we cant if we are constantly told no. also the customer was advised of all charges he paid for the vehicle and a verification phone call was placed to him from motolease making sure he knew what he was signing.

This is what's going to happen your company will be shut down for the*** of selling a motorcycle that wasn't proper to be fit for the street with no antifreeze in the radiator 2 quarts low of oil fans not working refusing to let me test drive now I found out the starter was hooked up backwards I also had to pay for a battery the protection plan was a joke nothing was fixed and I still have the same issues so the gps will be removed and the title will be handed over your company is a rip off and I will take action against your company as well as motolease I will report to the attorney general as well for leasing a unsafe motorcycle that put my life in danger and being a ripoff so I own it now and it's paid for whoever has the title will hand it over immediately or be made no questions asked I had enough of the*** and lies and I'm not putting up with it
