I ordered from this place on 05/19/20 for $19.50 and on 6/19/20 for $39.00. I have never EVER received any product from them. I have emailed them 8 times with no response from them EVER. The address on their website and this address Is different. You cannot cancel or return anything. No phone number for the site.
I am a type 1 diabetic and have to test my blood 4 times a day. This company is a complete scam for someone looking to save an honest dollar.

Strip supply is charging my charge account repeatedly every month but not sending product. I have emailed them three times. I called my credit card to stop payment, but Strip supply has some kind of "block" that does not allow the charge to be stopped.

I am being charged monthly for supplies I have not received since the first shipment. I have emailed my questions, concerns and have also in my email asked to have charges stopped for non-delivery of product. No response from company. Listed contact number is out of service. Mail rerurned.

Yes this company has taken $19.00 from my account for *** testing strips for 3 months and I have received nothing. Have been trying to reach them through text messaging as they have no phone number. There was one but it is no longer in service. I have been ripped off and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Even went to 7 on your side but no one will help me. $60.00:is a lot of money for me to lose as I am disabled. Thank you.

Run..run as far from these people as you can! I too have gotten a couple of months worth of strips. Since November I have NOT RECEIVED ANY! They continue to take money out but do not send the product! I thought that initially it was a reputable company but they most certainly are not. I have sent numerous emails as they do not have a phone (imagine that!!). They do not have the common courtesy to return these emails, call you back (since they have your phone number!) or to mail you what you contracted for!
I am going to take this as far as I can. I am going to contact everyone I know (I am in health care too!) so I have a LOT of contacts.
These people should be held accountable for their lack of business sense, lack of accountability and their shady business practices! Shame on them taking advantage of people! As one person already wrote fraud is also an option!

Subscribed to get strips June 2019. Received strips until January 2020 then I cancelled so they stopped sending strips and just kept billing me. I contacted my bank and they looked into it. Eventually I received refund for one month from the bank because I could not reach the company by phone. They kept billing me for February, March and April 2020. I had to argue to get the refund for February 2020. I emailed the company and had to send evidence that I will billed and did not receive the product!!!!! .I could not believe this!! They still argued with me. Then someone named *** emailed me back and sent the refund. I told them months ago I wanted to cancel they said they did but obviously they did not. Now when I go into my account I can not cancel anymore!!!!!!

I subscribed to their subscription service to get *** test strips. They have taken the money out of my bank account twice, but I have not received a single strip. My health depends on testing and not receiving the items I paid for affects my health. To add insult to injury there is no phone number or email listed one the web site.
The website says that I have made no orders, but they have been taking out the money for the subscription that I signed up for. Even if this is some kind of error There is no way to contact the company to resolve it. Phone numbers on web site & *** disconnected.

Beware! This company is a scam. They have a process where you will get your first 1-2 orders completely fine and filled promptly. Then, you will be billed and never receive your products. I have been billed for three months worth of product that I never received and have emailed the company multiple times. They have no working telephones and the only way to find recourse is to contact your bank. I have attempted to cancel my account, but, surprise! The only way to cancel account is to, you guessed it, EMAIL them.
I’ve contacted my bank and we are considering filing fraud charges against them. As it involves the postal system, they are in even more jeopardy. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered test strips to check my blood sugar online with this company and was supposed to get the first shipment for 50% off (regular price was $9.00). My account was not supposed to be charged until they shipped the order but when I checked my account the next day they charged it for $9.00 not the agreed 50% off in addition to, as this date (2020.03.24) they have not shipped my order. When I called the phone number of record the gentleman that answered denied that I had reached "Strip Supply" and hung up on me. I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund ASAP>

I suspended my account on September 22, 2019 until March 2020 because I had enough strips to last until then. However, on February 14, 2020 I noticed the first $9.00 withdrawn from my account. I was like, " Ok, although I said March, that's ok. I waited a few week but no product yet. I emailed and no response. I emailed again, still no response. Then, on March 16, 2020 another $9.00 withdrawn for my account. Now I'm angry because I have not received my test strips from February. I've emailed and emailed and still no response.

I have been receiving diabetic test strips from this company since May 2019 with no problems. February 21 of this year they charged me $9.00 to my credit card and I am still waiting for my strips. They have two different phone numbers listed and neither works. I have sent an e-mail to the address listed to resolve issues and have not heard a word. I sat for over an hour waiting for help from my credit card company and never received any. I see from your site that I am not the first person who this company has swindled.

having started an account with stripsupply.com I have been fully satisfied until my last order on 3-4-20 it is marked paid but not fulfilled I have e-mail numerous times, called the non working company number as disconnected, called again receive message to dial 3204 have also receive a fast busy im sending a registered letter to the company today for possible response . My mother is ***. I’ve been ordering testing strips from StripSupply.com for several months. I paid for strips before Christmas in December. On January 3, I sent them an email letting them know that she hadn’t received them. By the time I received the strips, it was time to order again.
This month, I paid for strips on February 19th. I sent them an email on 2/25/20 letting them know that I hadn’t received the strips. No response. On 2/29/20, I sent them a second email. Again, no response. I was monitoring my checking account on 3/6/20 when I noticed they had refunded the amount for the strips. Still no strips. Still no explanation.
I canceled my account with them last summer because they kept charging my account for 2 months after I cancelled the account. My mom decided to continue her with her account at that time. I handle my mom’s affair due to her infirmities. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

Subscribed to get strips last summer. Received strips for 2-3 months then they stopped sending strips and just kept billing me. I contacted my bank and they looked into it. Eventually I received refunds. I emailed and spoke with a company person. I explained that I wanted to cancel my subscription immediately which they said they would do. This took place in Nov and concluded in Dec 2019. In January they began the monthly subscription charge again. And have done so for both Jan& Feb 2020.

I purchased diabetic testing strips online and utilized my credit card. I no longer have to test my blood for diabetes. I sent back the unopened box of strips with an enclosed letter requesting termination of the program; i.e. DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND DO NOT SEND ANY MORE TESTING STRIPS.

StripsSupply has ignored my request and charged my *** account for $9.00 on December 26th. Strips will be forthcoming
next week.

This is unacceptable for a reputable company to conduct business and ignore a customers request to terminate service.

They have my cc for automatic payments have charged 3 times and never delivered test strips. Phone number is fake. Can't cancel or get a response.

Started an account with StripSupply for automatic monthly supply of diabetic test strips plus automatic draft for payment. It says on their website you could cancel anytime or place on hold. But you can’t do either one. And there is no way to contact anyone. It has been three months now that they have taken money from my account and have only received one month of test strips. Only way I know how to stop them from getting any more money is to cancel my debit card and get a new one.

I ordered testing strips and received my 1st order in a timely manner. I was so excited because testing strips can be expensive. Then with my 2nd order I had to email customer service because the had withdrew the funds but I never received my product. they finally responded by crediting my account and sending me out my order. My order was placed on 11/4/219 a week later I checked and noticed again my order hadn't been fulfilled. I emailed them and heard nothing back. then their website was down for over a week. I have emailed them several times with no response. They took my money, never fulfilled my order, their website went down and no one will respond to my inquiry about my order!

I contacted customer service to cancel my current shipment. I also changed the delivery schedule online. I was charged for the shipment but it has not been sent yet. I have attempted to reach out to the company both via email and via phone multiple times with no response. The phone number states it is no longer in service and the emails go unanswered.

Received the first 4 months test strips supplies. In October 15 2019 this company withdrawals $139 dollars and the supplies never arrived. After multiple calls and with no answer I decided to cancel my credit card. This past week Strip Supply has the audacity of contact me for a card update. Please be aware this company is a scam.
