Review: ordered an arrangement 1/31/14 was called to confirm order since I was the recipient and payee at that time advised if delivery was after 3pm to cancel so when flowers did not arrive I took it in stride but in reviewing my credit card statement I was indeed charged for a service not provided.I called Thur and Fri 2/27 and 2/28 was told I would be called superior that they were busy but she would handle problem and apologized well that never happened how can you charge my credit card for a service never received and then not respond.I have no intention of paying for a product not delivered.Customer service is non existent.Desired Settlement: credit payment to credit card the arrangement I ordered at no cost

Review: I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my grandmother for Mother's Day which also happens to be her birthday. I am out of state and will not have the opportunity to see her this Mother's Day, which is the reason it is so important for the flowers to reach her. I called my grandmother on May 9th to find that she had not received her flowers. I called Stritesky's and was very rudely told the flowers would be delivered that day (May 9 - Saturday). I just spoke with my grandmother, May 10 - Sunday, only to find that she has still not received the flowers. I was charged $42.80 on May 4th for flowers to be delivered with a salutation of HAPPY MOTHERS DAY and HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Now, it's Mothers Day and my grandmothers birthday and NO FLOWERS!!!Desired Settlement: I want the flowers delivered first thing Monday morning May 11 AND I expect a FULL REFUND as the flowers were not delivered as promised!!

Review: I placed an online order on Friday 5/8 for Mother's Day flowers. The only delivery option online was Monday 5/11. I advised the person I ordered these for they would be getting them on Monday 5/11. This day came and passed with no flowers being delivered or even a call to myself to say why. I called the flower shop first thing Tuesday morning only to be told they had taken too many orders and could cancel mine and refund money. I was advised no, they were for Mother's Day. The lady on the phone said well ok we can try to deliver them today. No offer of missed delivery, refund of delivery fee. Just hey we can cancel your order . Poor customer service. They took my money on time but couldn't fulfill an order on time.Desired Settlement: I think at least my delivery fee should have been offered as a refund and the flowers should have been upgraded. You shouldn't be taking orders if you can't fulfill them.
