I have no previous business with themI keep asking to be off their call list, but I keep getting calls at work Over the past two and a half years, I have received numerous calls from this company I have no previous business with them, but I continue to receive messages at my work number telling me that I have a remaining balance with their timesharesEach time I get a message, I call up and either leave a message or speak with someone and ask to cease calling my work number The calls continue

Did not sell timeshare as agreed
They said they would sell my timeshare by months,and if it did not they would continue to market without further costNow they will not return call There words "I guarantee it will sell within months, but just in case we will continue to market after the month period free of charge." I've been calling for since Nov and can not get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages

We signed a contract, paid them money and you cant get ahold of them

Contract was signed, money was paid to them for their services.We have not heard one word from them and they will not return calls Guarantees broken
Strive called us regarding selling our timeshare Guarantees were made that it would be sold in less than days and that we needed to get the contract signed and pay them so that our property would be in the next sales event that they would be holding We signed the contract and paid them $ I have talked to the salesman one time since then Since that call we have called and left messages and have not had one call back from anyone at the company I believe this was a scam

Tried to call to ask about my time shareWas told when I agreed for them to sell it for me, that they had a meeting with all vacation investors
Last week got a call about selling our time shareWas told it would be to get all the documents Was told they would sell itIt it did not see in 6mothey would have to pay the fees again for the next monthsI signed papers, so I so not know if I can get my money back
