We are at a loss as to why the Customer feels his Groupon was not honored when it clearly states on the contract that it was applied toward the 12-month contract he entered into in the manner statedWhy would we give him sessions for the price of for a period of months? This complaint is strange given Customer has been using our services for more than months under this same contract and expressed no concerns prior to his current financial difficultiesUnfortunately, the Customer has refused to honor his contract, stopped making payments under this contract, and feels it necessary to make various unsubstantiated complaints in an effort to get out of the contractIncidentally, Groupon has also rejected Customer's unsubstantiated complaint and request for a refund based on their review and verified redemption under the contract dated 4/30/

Customer's
Groupon was fully honored and applied toward a 12-month contract entered

We are at a loss as to why the Customer feels his Groupon was not honored when it clearly states on the contract that it was applied toward the 12-month contract he entered into in the manner stated. Why would we give him 12 sessions for the price of 10 for a period of 6 months?
This complaint is strange given Customer has been using our services for more than 6 months under this same contract and expressed no concerns prior to his current financial difficulties. Unfortunately, the Customer has refused to honor his contract, stopped making payments under this contract, and feels it necessary to make various unsubstantiated complaints in an effort to get out of the contract. Incidentally, Groupon has also rejected Customer's unsubstantiated complaint and request for a refund based on their review and verified redemption under the contract dated 4/30/13.

Review: I purchased a 12 30 minute private training session package from Groupon last year. The business refused to honor it and instead employed a classic "bait and switch" tactic whereby they would provide the 12 sessions on a 2 times a week basis if I purchased 10 sessions per month at $49 per session. I was told I could change the number of sessions purchased per month whenever I wanted. When I attempted to change my sessions, I was told that in fact I was liable for 12 sessions per month and that I was given a discount on 2 of the session for the Groupon. When the 6 months ended that included the 2 "free" (not free, since I paid for them through Groupon), I asked to change my sessions to a lower number. They refused and told me that they were going to start charging me for an additional 2 sessions per month to replace the discounted Groupon sessions that had ended. I immediately called my credit card company and told them that any further charges were not authorized. Now they are threatening me with law suits and collection efforts. The people running this business are dishonest and lack any amount of integrity expected of decent people.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the 11 unused sessions I purchased but have not used.
