We are sorry that Mr.[redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] did not enjoy their stay at the [redacted] in [redacted]. We understand that the resort failed to meet the clients' expectations, especially in the areas of food at the buffet and beach restaurants, the lack of towels in their room. We will forward their letter to the resort management for their review. Please be advised, however, that different living standards and practices may exist outside of Canada. For this reason, a four and a half star resort in a different country may not have the same standards as a resort with a comparable rating in Canada.
As a Tour Operator, we make arrangements with independent suppliers, and take reasonable care when contracting their services. However, situations may occasionally arise locally with regard to hotel operations, policies and procedures that may be beyond our immediate control. As such, we would like to apologize on behalf of the hotel for the overall accommodation and service concerns mentioned.

Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do extend it with all sincerity. We certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review and are hopeful that you will provide us with another opportunity of service in the near future.

The Indrustry of Turizem is a global one. With what you promoted in your packet I chused [redacted]. So the agreemet is done between you and me and not with [redacted]. We are not requestin a paradise there but a nominal conditions to live as human being. Let discus only one of the failures of our contrate. If the shower and beach towell were not changet every day why they was not changed once in two days , or in a week but one pare of towells for two weeks. You failed completely to reach what you promoted (agrees)in your packed so you should return the amoun of money asked back.
