This *** has been repaired and picked up on October 2015.We gave *** a loaner car.All work was performed under warranty with no charge to the customer.Wallingford Auto Park has met and fulfilled all our obligations to this customer to date .We also offered no charge oil change services for this vehicle for the next years at no charge as a gesture of goodwill and to help promote customer satisfaction.It seems as Michael is unhappy with his choice and selection of this *** .As previously stated he made the choice to purchase this car , this was his selection.This separate issue of overall dissatisfaction towards this car has nothing to do with our obligation to our customer.We have acted responsibly. If *** feels so strongly about not keeping this car and would like to continue to work with Wallingford Auto Park we will be happy to assist.*** can pick out another car from our inventory in a seperate transaction and we can take the *** in trade ( at trade in value )It is our goal to try and satisfy ***.Sincerly ,John G***PresidentWallingford Auto Park

Sincerely,I am rejecting this response because: I would like to exchange the *** Gfor the Gwhite as I had informed the saleman , the car had problems from the start! First test drive windows of vehicle were not working, salesman informed me its a easy fix,it happens all the time,cars are parked for a long time and so on I originally wanted a white *** for less ,salesman informed me that difference between cars are timing belt and *** run on chain belts and so on I as a returning customer having bought a *** from them in the past and to act in good good faith , including having referred the salesman to other consumers I give them the benefit of a doubt !I Second test drive car was stopping on its own ,and salesman insured me ! told that its a stuck calipers,car will be percent perfect no problems ,cars are parked in lot for a long time and so on ! I Purchase the vehicle and when going to pick it up I test drive the car for an estimated minutesCar feels better but still held back I drove car from September 18,car sounds coming from rear like a light rattle noise , so I bought new screws and tightened up but sound persists I then check bottom of car while detailing it and no leaks , I constantly checked calipers thinking it was brakes I was on my way to work early in the morning of September 24, and as I was approaching up to a stopped school bus , Car jerked torwards right as I was breaking making a loud crank as public were all scratching their heads as I was I'm finally convinced that the car was a Lemon from the start ! I was super late for work , having to tow car to dealer ,so they can tell me that Its a 3,parts labor , that the manufacturing dealer (***)that car was bought from , that the mistake is on their end not ours and so on I respectfully declined getting extended warranty assuming car is only years old and low miles , car is all taken car of it shouldn't have problems Now after all of that when I got the loaner vehicle, I pick it up and explain to all that I will leave car parked in lot and pick up after I get out from work late evening and they put loaner car away!! I should have gotten a *** for loaner at this point but whateverI then had to return early to work the next morning frustrated,aggravated!! I have to go to work late having to pick up car ! The salesman texts me to call in a police reportNot comprehending my frustration I lost my patience with the handling of this matter! Theres a lack of communication towards this matter then I would like to get whats right for a customer!! I am positive that this has never happen to any other returning customer I can't stop thinking of how disappointing your establishment has been towards me In spite of all I dont want to walk away from this as unhappy as I amSincerely,*** ***

should  have been a friendlier with his choice of words with the conversation he had with [redacted].  I  looked into this discrepancy and reported back to [redacted] on the following day ,Wednesday December 27,2017 . After reviewing sale documents and original Client Guest Sheet from salesperson and after having a conversation with Gary the salesperson I concluded that the $ 4,000  trade in value was correct . I spoke with [redacted] and we both agreed it was a misunderstanding. I believe after our conversation [redacted] is agreeable and understanding that there is no further action needed .I offered [redacted] a no charge oil , and filter change anytime at his convenience.SincerlyJohn G[redacted]Wallingford Auto Park, Inc.
