Customer complaint was read and this is our response: We feel that the customer is being "unreasonable" because of the fact that he accepted our offered compromise/settlement of $1,and now is still not happyWe made mistakes; there were miscommunications on both parts; there were multiple managers involved and many attempts at appeasing Mr***; some of his claims do not jive with our managers accounts of conversations; bottom line is that we feel we made a concerted effort to satisfy Mr [redacted] and made a good faith offer which he accepted in an email and then turned around and issued another complaintWe are sorry that we were unable to satisfy Mr***, but we are closing his case permanently

This is a used vehicle and customer has signed "As Is" form as required by Utah lawWe sent vehicle to BMW dealership and completed all work needed to correct check engine light issue. This was communicated to customer and customer accepted and purchased vehicleAt signing
Finance Manager was unavailable to go over extended warranty options, so Sales Manager that handled paperwork offered for them to contact Finance ManagerCustomer never contacted us back about warrantyUnfortunate circumstances, however customer was responsible to contact us back if they wanted to purchase an extended warrantyIf customer took back to BMW dealership, she should complain to them that they didn't diagnose and fix right in the first placeRecommend the customer to contact Mark T***, GSM at Audi SLC for any future communication at ***@strongaudi.com

We are as frustrated as Mr. [redacted]. We agree with him that there was a original misunderstanding between him & the salesperson of what roof rails/roof rack were included. We have tried to remedy the situation the best we could with an out of state customer. We & Mr. [redacted] both agreed to send...

him the Audi original equipment roof rack system which when received by Mr. [redacted] he was unhappy with. We offered to refund $1,000, which Mr. [redacted] agreed to and have documented in an email in which Mr. [redacted] said, "agree, thanks." Mr. [redacted] has had three different Managers work with him - with no positive results. We feel that we have put forth more than adequate effort and monies to remedy the situation with an unreasonable customer. We have exhausted all reasonable avenues and consider this case closed.
