I wish to file a complaint against Swell eComm Enterprises LLC, 300 Delaware Ave Ste. 210A, Wilmington, DE 19801-6601. Swell eComm Enterprises LLC is the parent company of Mindinsole, from whom I made a purchase. My order on October 19 was for 1 (one) pair of Mindinsole at half price for $17.99. The order was electronically intercepted online as the PayPal charge went through and the company charged, and was paid $98.99 through Pay Pal. The charge was for 3 pairs of insoles, and according to the company, charge for the lifetime warranty.
On October 22, after seeing the charge come through on my credit card account, I reported the incident on [email protected] and by voice message on the customer service phone number, requesting reimbursement for the $98.99. There was also an international exchange fee on my credit card at the same time that could only have come from this order.
Several calls and e-mails failed to get a return response from my complaint to Mindinsole Customer Service. By mid November I had not received the insoles or replies. I did; however begin to get e-mail messages (lifetime warranty that the company said I paid for on checkout, etc.) making it appear that this was a legitimate transaction. Eventually I received shipping information, etc. from the company only after I filed a complaint. I still had not talked to anybody from the company about the incorrect quantity of insoles on my order or the large overcharge.
I went out of town for a couple weeks mid November, and while I was gone a package arrived. I did not open the package; however, the contents were in a soft plastic envelope which contained (by feel) three long, thin boxes the length that insoles would be. There is no doubt that the package contains the three insoles that were changed from my order of 1 (one) insole. The return address on the package is a different name of sender than than Mindsole. The package has been returned to sender, unopened. I have no way of knowing if I will receive a refund as the only communication from the company is in the form of their business documents (such as the warranty and shipping record), never in a return response from an e-mail or phone message.
To further complicate this situation, when I searched for Pay Pal Customer Service on line for additional help, the website was intercepted and the phone number given was an incorrect phone number for Pay Pal showing up on Google.
The man who answered the call said it was Pay Pal customer service and told me my account had been hacked and there were charges, including the $98.99 that equaled $417. It turned out to be a scam that cost me $417.00.
I am a 73 year old widow trying to survive on Social Security. The loss of now over $500 due to ordering one pair of insoles for $17.99 from Mindsole has caused great hardship for me. I do not know if the incorrect Pay Pal number scam was associated with MindsoIe or if I was hit by two different scammers. A legitimate customer service representative at Pay Pal later reported to me that they knew there was an incorrect number showing up for customer service on their website "sometimes".
I am feeling helpless at this point, and feel that I need help in getting some of this money back.

ZERO stars. I ordered an shower head which FINALLY did arrive after nearly over 2 months!
When you email, NOTHING. Calling them is pointless, you only get some automated voice with a British accent. The actual shower head instructions show an illustration of the "parts" which do not resemble the actual parts and I had 2 small parts that were included that weren't even in their "instillation" instruction. I should have known better than to order through their "Facebook" page.

I ordered two sets of shoe insoles on 10/30/18. I now have realized I was charged twice!!!! 24.99 and 38.99 They got $85.98 from me!!! still no word from them. It is now 12/3/18. I have not received a word from the seller. Confirmation, shipping, anything! First, I emailed the customer service email, then I tried to contact the seller through PayPal. I have now contacted PayPal directly to try and get this resolved. I do not believe that Swell Ecomm ever had plans to send me Mindinsoles. I just wanted some insoles for my shoes because I stand all day for work. It is inexcusable to offer a product and receive payment and not fulfill your agreement, let alone contact you in some way.

Had an order put through for in for Mindsole in October still nothing and it's now december 03. I've been had for 53.00.

Saw online ad for insoles, they sounded good so I ordered 2 pairs for a total of $71.99. The order was placed on October 27, 2018 and paid through PayPal. I received an order confirmation from PayPal (transaction #04119285BA003510W Oct. 27, 2018), however I have NEVER received any communication from the merchant (Swell Ecomm Enterprises Ltd): not an order confirmation, a projected shipment date, an email saying they were running behind in their orders, absolutely nothing. I tried calling the merchant, but no one ever answered the phone, even though I let it ring about 30 times.

In looking up the company online, I find nothing but complaints from other people who have placed orders and never received them and who have had difficulty reaching someone by phone. It is now Dec. 2, 2018 and I feel that I've given the company ample time to contact me and/or send me the items I purchased. I would appreciate a refund and am no longer interested in receiving the items I ordered.

ZERO STARS for this company. (Revdex.com requires you to leave at least one star but I'd rather leave none.) Ordered two pair of insoles on October 27; paid for the items; and no correspondence at all. Nothing that order was received or is in process or being shipped. Nothing. I've sent emails to the "support" email address for MindInsoles and no response or acknowledgement. Also, you cannot use the username (email address) and order number on their site to check the status. It will not allow you to log in with that info, but that's the info the site claims is required to log in. This MUST be a scam. Revdex.com, can you please investigate this company?

No Stars. I place an order for Mindinsole on October 25, 2018 and have not received anything to date (11/20/2018) from this company. They received their payment from my on October 25, 2018 through PayPal, but like I said, I have not received the product or a response to my inquiries as to when I will receive the ordered products.

Very sketchy company. I wish I had checked on them before ordering.

ZERO STARS. I placed an order for Mind In Sole insoles October 27th through PayPal and received only a payment confirmation email from PayPal - Nothing from Swell. It is now November 26th and I have yet to hear ANYTHING from the seller and have not received my order. Seems I've been fleeced for $90!

I placed an order with this company online on October 13th for 2 shower heads. One was charged at $39.99 and one was charged at $19.99. I had to change the shipping address so I emailed the company twice with no return. I have tried calling multiple times, but I end up talking to this seemingly fake voice box where I am put on wait but no one ever answers and I have never talked to a representative of the company (probably doesn't exist). So essentially this company managed to steal the $60 as I have never received the product and unable to get in contact with this company whatsoever. I initially saw an ad for this product on Facebook so I thought the company was reputable but apparently it isn't.

Paid for product but never received it.

Have not delivered product but have quickly charged my account for the product ordered. Have sent numerous emails and called but zero response. Would rather have a refund than the product.

I was charged $90.88 for insoles on Oct 22, 2018. I have never received them. I have tried to talk but phone is always busy. I tried email but no response.

I think this company is a fraud! I ordered insoles through PayPal, they got the $$$ and I got nothing!

ZERO STARS!!!! SCAM!!!! HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO PLACE THIS REVIEW!!!! I placed a order Oct 23rd through PayPal for a item Mind insole. Only received a confirmation of purchase through PayPal. Not a thing from mind insole through SWELL E COMM ENTERPRISE!!!! Tried to call, they keep saying high volume calls and keep you on hold. I wish I would of checked this company out before ordering!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! I am out almost 50 bucks!!!! Do not order ANYTHING FROM SWELL ENTERPRISES.....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I should have read some of the reviews before dealing with this company. Order placed in September....now 2nd week in November and finally went through the bank to try and get a refund on my purchase. Instead the company shipped an order I no longer wanted and they knew this since October 4. True, they do not answer the phone, yet has a cr to call number but leaves you waiting for over an hour and still no one will answer your call. There is another number to call but still no customer service. Be aware and read other reviews before making a decision should you want to purchase any thing from this company.

I ordered this shower head at the beginning of last month and still yet to receive a tracking number or expected shipment date. When I figured out it was a scam it happened when I read reviews online just a couple of days ago and customers keep saying this online company is a scam, you place your order and never receive it. Also the customers reviews said when you call customer service they never answer, this business needs to be sued because it has taken a lot of hard working people’s money. When I read that I was angry, angry at the fact I just moved and really needed a new shower head and thinking this online website is offering a great price on a luxurious shower head but I was fooled too. I’d never buy a shower head online ever again because of this incident.

I ordered their product online, first trying to order through PayPal. I was informed that my card had been refused through PayPal, so I proceeded to order directly with the card. This company then charged me through PayPal, as well as charging my card. The card company notified us that it was an international charge, and I find that very disturbing. When I tried to contact their customer service department through email, I have received no reply. When I called the customer service number, I was on hold for over 20 minutes the first time, with no one answering, and now, for the second time, for over 10 minutes and counting, with the message periodically, "We are experiencing an unusually high call volume. Your estimated wait time is more than 10 minutes." We also received a message that our computers/email were being data-mined, and that our information was at risk of being stolen. This disturbs me greatly, as I am thinking this business is a scam. I have since cancelled the card I used to purchase their product.

I bought insoles from them, online. I never received an order number, confirmation nor the insoles, but they took my paypal payment. I have called customer service numerous times only to be sent to an automated message that puts me on hold. My last hold time was for over 30 minutes . I never got thru to a real person. I have emailed many times, inquiring how to resolve this. They do not answer my emails.

This company is a scam! Do not order any products this company produces. I ordered a shower head over 3 weeks ago, still have not received it. No one answers the phone at customer service. I emailed the company, they responded 2 times and once I said I wanted the tracking # they stopped responding. They take your money and dont send you the products! BUYER BEWARE!!
