DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY LACK PROPER QUALITY CONTROL AND IF YOU GET A DEFECTIVE ITEM THEY DO NOT CARE.
I placed an order with Strong Girl Clothing on 10/29/19, a hoodie, adult t-shirt, a newborn onesie and 6 month onesie, order was received when expected and initially I was very pleased. The first time I went to put on the hoodie I notice the seam in the left arm had not been completely sewn leaving a 3-1/2 to 4 inch opening (hole) in the sleeve. I have emailed the company ([email protected]) TEN times and no response. I have sent direct messages via their Instagram account where I was directed to send details via their email (at the address previously noted) and they still have not responded. I paid $40 for this hoodie and along with the other items spent a total of $90.97. I loved the items purchased but will never order from them again, customer service after the sale is NONE-EXISTENT. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY!

I ordered 3 workout tops over a month ago, received a confirmation my email (credit card charged), then nothing. Nothing for over a month. I tried emailing with no response. Then sent messages via iMessenger... still nothing. Now I’m going to have to contact my credit card company and have them deal with the transaction. I’ll never order anything from them again. The worst customer service ever.

I would like to share my negative customer service experience with Strong Girl Clothing On May 5, I ordered a customized tank top from Strong Girl Clothing (SGC) through the Etsy website I was pleased to receive the shirt within a week and will say that the quality of the shirt was fine However, it was not customized as requested in the order so I notified SGC on May (same day the shirt arrived) of the mistake I received a response on May that a return label would be sent to me and that in the meantime, a new shirt would be produced
Almost two business weeks went by during which SGC did absolutely nothing I received no return label, no new shirt, and they failed to respond to my subsequent multiple messages requesting information on the status of the return label and the new shirt
On May 23, I indicated that I would like to return the shirt (on my own dime) in exchange for a refund At this point, I simply wanted to cease all contact with this vendor I noted to SGC that it had been days since I had initially advised them that they had sent the wrong item
For the first time, SGC responded immediately (same day) They claimed that my emails "got lost in pages of messages"SGC offered again to send a return label The return label was not sent until two days later on May
I mailed back the shirt and received USPS confirmation that it was delivered back to SGC on Jun I never received notification of this from SGC Further, I still have received neither the correct shirt I ordered, nor a refund of my money Consequently, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company who has refunded the money and is taking it up with SGC
I have received poor customer service in the past but my experience with SGC surpassed anything I have ever been subjected to or even heard of Thus, I feel compelled to warn other consumers about them
SGC has horrible customer service They fail to communicate and act in a timely manner as is evident by the amount of time that transpired in this ordeal and the amount of time it took to receive an electronic return label Further they fail to provide service as promised They were quick to make excuses and though they claimed to have "others" working on a shirt correction while they were on vacation, it was obvious that this was not only false, but that they had never bothered to produce a new shirt SGC has absolutely no problem taking your money, however

This company's marketing shows really great products. Unfortunately, after I had placed my order, I received NO response, and since have reached out on multiple occasions to understand what the hold up/issues are in getting my order delivered. I placed my order on 12/9/14, and have yet to receive any correspondence back from them (when I paid for 2-day shipping). Such crap customer service and zero concern for running a crap business. So disappointing. Please do not order from this company.

We sent the customer 4 shirts that she ordered. After receiving the order, the customer contacted us because they all came in the wrong color. We sent the customer a prepaid return shipping label, and re-shipped the customer the 4 correct shirts. The customer has been rude throughout the whole...

process, and is now attempting to receive a free shirt from us for the inconvenience. We will not be sending the customer a free shirt without placing an order for that shirt.

Really, this is just so wrong in so many ways.  I could supply all the emails I sent to them and all of them sent to me.  If I ever got frustrated it's because they would never reply to me.  Weeks would go by and nothing.  You could interview 500 people that I personally know and not one would ever call me a thief or rude which this company did.  The fact remains and I have explained this over and over, I ordered 4 shirts, I got 3.  I have 4 friends in this group - not 3.  It was a birthday present for 1 of these girls.  How can we wear them as a team to run in when we only have 3 shirts?  What's even more upsetting is, they have my $21.99 for that 4th medium shirt I did not receive.  That is a problem for me.  I have NEVER asked for compensation from this company for their mistake they made at the very beginning for sending out the wrong color - ever....  I only asked for my 4 shirts I picked out and paid for.  Ask them to show proof where I asked them for ANYTHING other than my shirts.  They have treated me from the beginning that I was out to get them somehow.  We are talking about a $21.99 shirt.  If I would have needed a 5th shirt, I would have ordered another one.  It is just ridiculous.  I feel like I am arguing with children at this point.

Absolutely in love with their shirts!
